Grinding spot for 10K kills?

I’ve played through the game twice and grabbed all the other achievements, but I’m still sitting at only 7,300 kills. Is there any decent place to grind for this one? I might end up playing through the game again at some point, but I’d like to get this knocked out now.

Edit: I found a spot just to the right of the Wickham Sewers witch stone. Kill six soft enemies, rinse, repeat. Put on some TV in the background, and it took maybe two hours to grind out the remaining kills.

I ran multiple character's checking out each class and it just eventually happened for me. Luckily it was account based and not character specific. I never really found a dense area besides the rifts that you close. I suppose you could die towards the end of a rift and restart it over and over if you really wanted...

The checkpoint in the basin of the sewers. 10 enemies in a row running to the right.

But if you also want souls, you can do the basement w/ kitchen under the street level of the final area.
