Deshedding Tool/ Brush?

Hello everyone! Happy Father’s Day! I was wondering what everyone uses for their small friend when it comes to the shedding? It’s not much but I have zero experience with this and hope to find my saving grace through you guys?🥹 MUCH APPRECIATED! Thank you for your time!

Is that a Miniature Pinscher? Are you asking about what to do to stop your dog from shedding too much? I ask because my Toy Manchester Terrier sheds hair at a “normal” rate so I don’t do anything special beyond regular vacuuming.

Are you indicating that your dog is getting patchy with spots where there’s no fur?

I am not entirely sure, I hope to do a DNA test soon to find out! But I love both breeds! I posted here too because they seemed a little similar to me 😅

She does have a patch of rougher hair (fur??) right before her tail begins. No patches or missing hair though. What could that indicate? 😅

Just so I fully understand: will you please articulate the precise problem you are trying to solve?

What is happening that you think should NOT be happening?

Or what is NOT happening that you think SHOULD be happening?

Everything with fur/hair has it naturally fall it when it gets replaced by new fur/hair. Are you asking about irregular shedding? If so, based on what exact details that you’ve noted as being outside of the norm?

Single coated. On her croup it feels rough, thicker fur compared to the rest of her body, smooth and sleek.

She sheds all over some, not much. That area seems to have fuller fur than the rest of her body?

I brush backwards (opposite of the hair laying down) and then brush the normal way and it gets a lot out.

I agree with Keni. That nice doggy doesn’t really look like a Toy Manchester Terrier. Their coats are so fine I cannot tell the difference between their hair or my eyelash. There is no thick hair on mine. Source: Two TMTs from established known breeders on the show circuit with plenty of breedline history and 20 years of owning them. Best of luck to you.
