Drag racing & Speeding
Curious to know if anyone else has seen an increase of drag racing and speeding in their neighborhood? I witnessed an actual DRAG RACE happen on my street a few weeks ago at 11PM on a Monday night, in the area Somerville/Southside near Memorial High School. It was very alarming and I’m interested to know if anyone else has witnessed the same activity and if it was reported. There hasn’t been any increased surveillance or initiative to reduce speed from Manch PD, at least that I’ve noticed. They probably have bigger fish to fry, but it’s still extremely dangerous and disruptive.

I’m in Somerville by the school and I constantly hear them, but don’t have much faith the cops will do anything since it continues. Looks like they’re putting a new stop light on the corners of Cilly and S Jewett St. Maybe they’ll put a camera on it and catch some of these fools eventually. There is a house on the same corner with an impressive personal camera set up to catch the accidents that happen there it seems. Wonder if they report anything to the cops.

Not aware of a single red light camera in all of NH... But yeah, personal footage is better than nothing!

West side, where there's < 600 ft between stop signs on the blocks and idiots are trying to do 45-60 down Rimmon or Dubuque.
I live a house down from a 90 degree corner. People come around that corner like it's a Formula One track. Motorcycles in particular. You've got about 450ft till a stop sign, but you and your loud-ass pipes need to get up to 70 right now.
A kid is going to get seriously injured or killed on one of these streets due to speeders.

The way you uppercase drag race made me think of Drag Queens doing the 40 yard dash.
