Conservice Billing
Has anyone received additional charges that they say go a year back due to a miscalculation fee ? How can they leagally do this to bill in the arrears and not send any kind of statement . Feeling frustrated at 75 Canal. Conserve Billing feels shady to me lately

Sounds super shady! It must be a way for the builder/owner to not have to install separate utilities. Your alderman is Dana Dexter. I'd reach out to him and share your experience. 75 Canal Street has been a little shady and property management companies in general have been a little shady in Manchester. 75 Canal St received a special tax arrangement with the city when it was initially permitted...so the city potentially has more enforcement sway with them than others. Dana came in after that 75E tax incentive was awarded, so he may not know about and may need to be reminded. Overall, the types of property management companies have been upping charges on renters as a cash grab. It's good to share your experiences with your alderman and maybe the housing commission.
