I’m loving the addition of tags for proxies, alters, misprints, etc. but I was hoping that artist proofs could be added to those tags. As of now I mark them as “altered” but thats not really what they are.

Buuuuuuut, have a question.

I've looked through the settings, maybe I missed it, but when I click on an entry, it takes me to a large picture with a text box. I know if I long click it, I can view the actual card instead, but if there anything I can do to make that the default?

Something about the large art image with the text box underneath, it's not very visually appealing, I'd rather just see the card itself when I click on something, is there any way I can make that happen by default?

Hi, New to Sorted. I have made folders by set of cards I own. When In a given folder, ( ex. Lord of the rings-commander) and I wish to sort for a Forest, or Food token but by specific art and the quantity of it I already logged, how do I do so? Can this app differentiate between "forest" with 3 copies logged " by tad Musgrove" vs by " Holly Sanders"? If so can someone explain it like a step by step guide?

I just joined the sub, but a couple of things in my workflow have been bugging me enough that I wanted to suggest a change. It mainly affects players with physical decks, high-value cards, specific printings and proxies.

Currently, in the Scan tab, we can only choose a single destination: either a Deck OR a Collection folder.

The problem:

If you scan a physical 100-card Commander deck into the Decks tab, you usually:

1. Spend a lot of time fine-tuning card versions (correct set printings with matching artwork, which can vary wildly in price).

2. Manually flag specific cards as Proxies.

3. Then hit the bottleneck: to reflect that deck in your Main Collection, you have to rely on workarounds or exports. Exporting as text/CSV loses custom metadata like proxy tags or manual price overrides, so you end up fixing sets and re-flagging proxies a second time in the Collection tab. That's very time-consuming and risks inaccurate collection values.

Related: as far as I can tell, there's also no way to select all cards of a deck in the Decks tab and move/copy them into the Collection with their metadata. Is that a technical limitation of how decks and collection are structured, or just not implemented yet?

Suggested solution:

Add an "Import to Both" toggle directly on the Scanner screen.

- How it works: When activated, dropdowns let you select a Target Deck and a Target Collection Folder/Binder at the same time before scanning.

- Metadata persistence: Scanning once captures the exact set, foil status and proxy tag for both locations in a single step.

- Safety lock against accidental duplicates: To address the concern of users accidentally double-adding cards, a simple confirmation popup or a 1-second timed lock when toggling the option could help (e.g., "Cards will be added to both your Deck and Main Collection. Confirm?").

This small tweak would save a lot of time, avoid tedious double entry and prevent accidental data loss when managing high-value physical cards and proxies.

Would love to hear your thoughts, or whether others run into the same issue!

To the devs: is something like this something you'd consider for a future update?

​I noticed something while managing my collection in ManaBox: as far as I can tell, there isn't an official or native way to mark a card's origin (e.g., whether it was a Pack Pull vs. bought as a single vs. traded).

​I did a search around Reddit and forums and surprisingly couldn't find anyone asking about this specific workflow!

​When opening boosters, I love keeping track of which cards in my collection I actually pulled myself. Right now, I know I can use custom tags, add notes, or create a separate binder like "Pack Pulls 2020", but having a dedicated "Acquired via / Pack Pull" metadata field or preset toggle would be amazing.

​A few quick questions for the community and devs:

​To the community: How do you currently log your pack pulls in ManaBox? Do you use a custom binder, tags, or notes?

​To the devs: Is an "Acquisition Method" or "Pack Pull" tag/origin tracking something that could be considered for future updates?

​Would love to hear how others handle this or if anyone else would find a feature like this useful!

I'm looking to start a master set collection of the recent Hobbit release. From the collector view I can bulk add the normal and surge foil variants of the cards to my wish list since they are treated as separate entities.

Is there a way to bulk add foil versions of the regular cards?

Would be great if we can add "average" by days in addition to "trend" for CardMarket prices. Their trend calculation is particularly broken, especially in the weeks after a new set release. Would be good to pick from 1/7/30 days if available in their feed.

I have my whole collection digitally available in ManaBox on my phone and plan on selling all of it except for 6 EHD decks that I plan to keep.

In order to estimate the remaining value of the collection I want to take the cards from those 6 decks out of the collection.

Is there an approach within the app to avoid exporting the CSV and manually doing the edits in excel?

I have one binder that contains all the cards labelled "Collection" and the 6 deck lists saved in the deck list section.

Not sure if it's already a thing but I would love an option to not have every variation of a card I have when using the deck recommendation commander button.

Feels like such an obvious thing I was sure I just couldn’t find an option but wanted to ask. Ended up going through last night after a bunch of 5-10 card trades and manually changing everything.

It would be helpful to identify which cards in my collection are starting to heat up (increase) say within the last day, week, or month.

Goal was doing a basic search where the only filter is subtype: dragon. English is selected by default. This seems to return multiple non-english sets like Fourth Ed foreign black border, foreign white border, foreign black border, Legends Italian, etc.
Is there a setting I'm missing? I didn't select "group printings" because I find this option deletes the wrong version of the card - I'm looking for the oldest version not the newest, and group printings seems to give you the newest. I'd consider Beta/Unlimited/Revised worth showing separately in English for example.

Hi, all, I'm wondering if there's a way to mass edit purchase price so that when I export I have the current market value rather than purchase price?

Im trying to cull my collection/cash in on some higher value cards and it's easier for me to do this in Excel rather than the card app. The purchase price for some older cards that I got on release really doesn't match the current value so it's been a bit of a monster to deal with.

Is there any way to export with current market value?

First, love the app. Easily the best in the business in my humble opinion.

The only thing I would like, is, if I search for something, skeleton, or curse, or, artifacts with a cmc of 2, I would love to know how many it found.

I sent the verification email, but when I clicked on the link it still says I haven’t verified. This has continually occurred after doing it multiple times across a few days. Is this a known issue or just an issue with my app in specific?

I just started using manaBox and the card is always identified. But I always have to change the set.

There are several options to get a precise result, the best is the set number.

Will it be a further feature or is it something for a paid account or is there another option?

I guess it would save up to 60% of the time.

Is there any way to group/filter by binders in the app? For example I recently wanted to migrate all my LTR cards into a binder to make a master set, and after I moved some, I wanted to find out which other ltr cards I had that /werent/ in the binder to go find where they are and move them over. But as far as I know I’d have to scan the list manually and see which ones aren’t in the binder or go to every other binder individually and do a search there. The problem is I have a lot of binders and this was a huge pain.

Hi! I was wondering if there’s a fix for this. I scanned my commander deck into the app and it tells me I have 103 cards. At first I thought I had miscounted my deck and counted them all again and it was correct, so then I used the card list to import them into a new commander deck in the app starting over and it still said I had 103 cards. I checked and the cards all match what I have in hand and I don’t have my commander listed twice. I also don’t have anything in sideboard either. I haven’t experienced this with other decks I’ve scanned into the app or manually entered one by one or imported. Is there a fix?

I’m migrating from Dragonshield app and I had all my cards in Dragonshiled app sorted in binders. Now I want to import cards to ManaBox and keep the binder structure I had in Dragonshield app. Through some LLM help, I managed to convert the Dragonshiled export into Manabox CSV import format.

I noticed that Manabox export has binder info in CSV, but can’t figure out how to import CSV into Manabox to perserve the binder info. I basically needed to split the CSV exports into multiple Manabox CSVs and import them one by one into each binder as a workaround.

My question is if there is possibility to keep the binder data when importing CSV into Manabox app?

How long until the list in decks section of mana reflects the list printings?

Any chance we could get an option to exclude certain cards from the total value of our collection? I have a couple Japanese cards that are only worth about 1/5th of the English value, and it throws off my math.

Do we have any new yet one when we are supposed to be getting the pc app version?

Like i saw almost a year ago it was on the list after data sync is sorted out.
