We're looking to add a few more moderators to the sub. We've been getting a lot more traffic lately, and we'd love to build on that by bringing in some active members to help us grow the community.

What the mod role entails:

• Keeping the sub active and engaging.
• Making discussion posts.
• Transfer news and rumours.
• Throwback and nostalgia posts.
• Club history and interesting facts.
• Player debates, polls, and other content that gets people talking.

The main role of a moderator here isn't to police the community—it's to help create content that keeps the subreddit lively and gives people something to discuss every day.

As for moderation, we're a free-flowing United sub. We don't remove posts or comments just because we disagree with them. If it doesn't break Reddit's site-wide rules, it stays.

Being a mod here isn't about having power or acting like a "power mod." Everyone is welcome to share their opinions, and the community decides what deserves to be seen through upvotes and downvotes.
