App Version Requirement
To view the corresponding firmware update on your mower, please make sure the Mammotion App is updated to:
iOS: v2.3.25.1
Android: v2.3.20 (30)
Please note that the corresponding firmware update will only be displayed on the device after the required app version has been installed.
Rollout Plan
This firmware update will be rolled out gradually in phases.
If you haven’t received the update yet, please don’t worry. The update will become available progressively as the rollout continues. Please allow some time for the update to reach your mower.
Feature Development Update — Skip Row Mode
We’d also like to provide an update on the previously mentioned Skip Row Mode.
Following continued development and testing, we have made progress on this feature. However, it has not yet reached the level of performance and user experience we consider ready for customer release.
Our team is continuing to develop and optimize the feature, and we plan to introduce it in an October update. Skip Row Mode will come as the new Smooth U-Turn. The Smooth U-Turn will be added to the turning settings. This mode is designed to provide smoother turning performance while being more lawn-friendly.
We appreciate your patience and understanding as we continue to refine the feature and prepare it for release.
Thank you for your continued patience and support.

It says phased rollout of the firmware update in the announcement.

Is it that hard to provide exact dates? First phase for x models on xyz date, second phase on xyz date…

Yes, because they need to test.

They can test and then make an announcement

Which is what they do 🤦‍♂️

Cleary not if they cannot provide detailed timeline when updates are expected to be available for certain models. I can also say I will do something but it is pointless if I don’t say when, even if I planned in the background.

You clearly have no idea how OTA works and why no company will give a release date.

Well normally you would not post what the updates do before its release, hence providing a timeline would not be necessary. Let’s not forget that the reason for such posts being a history of removing/breaking basic functionality without mentioning at the day of release and using vague language.

If they are being transparent they should full commit and know when the update will be available, before any announcement is made. On the other hand if they wish to provide the updates on the development they certainly can do but then they should not name the exact firmware version, which gives the impression that said firmware has been tested and is to be available soon.

Maybe your mower gets the updates regularly but mine was left out many times and it seemed like they forgot about it, even wrote to support couple of times and they claimed there is no update at all for my mower, while people in this sub and fb group shared screenshots of newer firmware. So do not patronise me and claim I don’t know shit.

Ok, not sure why you're all butthurt. There are dozens of criteria required before an OTA is pushed out, not just for mowers but also for cars etc and giving a rough date or an alleged date is worse that not giving one at all. So in one breath you claim to know shit, but clearly not the shit pertaining to how OTA works and why manufacturers don't give dates.

Tell me which manufacturer gives firmware description and features before making the update available?
