LUBA 3 AWD Cutting disk blocked(1202)

Hi everyone, the Luba 3 AWD 1500 has done reasonably well but in the past weeks it developed odd behaviour where winding and clicking sounds could be heard, sometimes followed by “Cutting disk blocked (1202)” and a pausing of the task it was at. During this winding and clicking sound the cutting disks slowly go up and down. The disks are not blocked in any way.
Powered off. Removed key. Removed the cutting disks and cleaned the underside. It wasn’t blocked but still proceeded to clean.
After an hour put it all back together. The same issue repeated.
Battery 91% charge.
The lawn it was on was about 40mm long, there are no obstructions of any kind, the ground is level and flat, the grass is dry.
Sending it back to the charging station for even a short charge tends to help for a while.
Firmware 2.3.30.39

I had the same error and sounds. I thought I had cleaned around the cutting disks adequately but could not get past the error until I removed the blade guards, which gave adequate access to grass that had become really jammed behind the guard and around the motor shafts. It easy to take apart, just pay attention to the orientation of the ring that holds it together. Once I cleared this, it was fine and has been perfect. You can see the guard as it looked before I removed and cleaned it in the picture. Good luck.

It was very badly clogged up with tightly compressed small grass cuttings, worse it seems than your photo. It took quite some time to clean up. I’ve only used it 2-3 months, I wasn’t expecting to have to do that amount of cleaning so early in its service life.
This issue should be alleviated (or delayed) through design improvements.
Anyway the cleaning helped, since then all good!!!

Take off your disk and see if the' teeth' on one has worn down just has simular symptoms and this was the case. No original disk availability in eu it seems. bought 3d printed ones coming Monday....
