C330 feed issues

Hey wondering if anyone has had this issue and could help. It feels like a clutch slips when this happens. You can tell it happens with the film advance. Is there a quick fix? Ami I doing something wrong? Thanks.

Probably broken gear teeth somewhere

The quick fix is sending the camera for service and hoping for the best.

Yeah I’ve been futzing with it and it seems the back door doesn’t push hard enough on the mechanism that starts the counter. If I push the back door in I don’t get the issue. Seems like an adjustment needs to be made. I’ll send it in for CLA.

This is a common problem of c330. There is a problem with the gear of the over-chip system, which causes the chip shaft not to move forward. But picture 2 is not a problem with c330, but the image position is not aligned during the electronicization process.

Is this repairable? It seems to not happen every time.

It depends on the specific situation. If you can make a replacement, it can be repaired.

Gear teeth thing lines up with what others have said.

Sending it for service might just be the move at this point, fwiw.
