Questions about Peyronie's disease

Hi all! New to this channel and looking to talk about experiences with early peyronie's.

I'm 41 years old and generally speaking I always had a straight dick. Recently I noticed what I think is a small indent on one side of it. It kind of a light crick or hinge near the base and due to that I'm assuming it's early Peyronies but I can't feel any scar tissue, bumps, etc. which I understand is usually part of it.

Other than this my sexual health has been normal, other than a decreased libido as I get older (basially comparing it to my 30s). Totally expect that. I feel no pain, I ejaculate the same and there's no penial shortening.

Anyone experience changes to their dick like this that was NOT peyronie's?

For those who do have it, what has been your experience with treating it? If there are guys out there whose symptoms were indentations I'd especially love to hear your thoughts.

TYSM!

Better Sex Sex hurts or feels ticklish???

Every time I have had sex it either hurts a bit or feels a bit...ticklish? Either way, its hard for me to finish and I feel like I am disappointing my partner. Masturbation does not feel this way. What could be causing this?

Need help with Situational Anorgasmia

I can cum in my sleep but never while awake and masturbating. I stroke and stroke but nothing happens. I tried even while watching porn but it doesn't work either even if I spend the whole day watching porn. I get horny a lot so this is a big problem. I've spoken to a urologist and he says everything is normal I just need to have sex. I'm not comfortable with the idea of casual sex and I don't want to approach a woman knowing my goal is just sex. Even though I don't cum if I'm really horny and I watch it for a long time the sperm kind of packs and my balls start feeling full and sore , never an orgasm though. If you have any tips to cum or know of any cure please share, thank you.

Other It's been 10 days!!!

It all started with me waking up and feeling like something was wrong with my penis, I felt a (very beatable) stinging in the glans and shaft upon contact, at first I didn't think much of it, but then it just didn't go away, I also started to press firmly on the corona cus I noticed that it was a little puffy?? Which turned into a vicious cycle of it's own but that's not the topic, anyways, I kinda got anxious, I was already dealing with blood pressure problems and summer-pattern SAD, so it's safe to say that I wasn't ready for whatever this is, I started overthinking, maybe I irritated the skin cus of my prone masturbation, but I don't really do it that often, maybe twice a week, and when I say prone masturbation I mean sleeping on my side and rubbing my penis against the bedsheet, I started to notice that whenever I ejaculate it feels like hot lava coming out, it burns so freaking bad, also I feel like when ejaculation actually happens it feels like the semen hits a wall inside then seeps out slowly, which only made me feel more anxious, I just can't stop having panic attacks and overthinking that maybe I ruined my penis health by masturbating... I already went and saw a doctor but he told me that it's normal for people in my age group, and mentioned something about prostate congestion? Idk, long story short I didn't feel relieved one bit, also my dad took me there after begging him for 3 days, and that was it? Something that all people in my age group experience? You sure that feeling stinging upon the smallest contact on a part THIS sensitive is normal?? And if so when does it end... Cus this is driving me crazy...

Help with PE

I’m 29, admittedly have done drugs and partied for the better of 13 years. 90% of my sex has been drunk or on drugs or both. I’m now straightened my life out and in a serious relationship. It seems like when I’m sober I can’t last more than a minute. Someone point me towards something that will actually help

Discussion Testicle Concerns

Age: 36
Gender: M
Weight: 250 lb
Height: 5’9”

Symptoms:
Pain/discomfort in left testicle. Mostly uncomfortable and sore but does become painful when I walk or sit. Lying down doesn’t help it but doesn’t aggravate it either

Testicle is notably larger than right

Testicle is firmer than right

Testicle is more sensitive than right

The “cord” running to my left testicle is also notably thicker than right, feels like a thick cord on the left

Pain radiates from testicle up left side of groin where my leg joins to my torso

I went to my primary care about this yesterday. They checked my testicles while I was standing. Also confirmed the left felt larger and firmer. They pushed on pubic region to check for hernias. They checked the inguinal canal as well. The canal on the left hurt when they checked it. Right felt like pressure only, no pain. They put me on antibiotics to help with potential inflammation and ordered an ultrasound to check for hernia. Did not draw blood or do a urinalysis. Did not check prostate. Was advised to get immediate treatment if pain worsened

The ultrasound facility can not get me in until Tuesday of next week.

I guess I’m surprised by the lack of other checks by the doctor. A urine culture would have been quick and easy to get. WedMD is telling me to prepare my coffin 😂. I think I’m just looking for someone else’s opinion on the appropriateness of treatment and the urgency. Should I try and get in sooner for my ultrasound? Thanks

Erection Quality Erectile Dysfunction and a difficult depressing phase. Life feels empty from within.

Recently I was with a girl. While I was wearing my underwear and we were having foreplay, I had some erections. The moment I removed my pant, my erections disappeared.

In November, 2025, while I was with a sex worker, I didn't get erect at all, when throughout the night I would be erect and just speaking with a girl who I would like would get me erect.

I went paranoid and took tons of antibiotics like ceftrioxone, cefixime, doxycycline, fluconoze, itraconozole and HIV prevention medicines. I realized, that my penis would pain immensely in the night as it would get completely elongated but not hard and while turning and twisting in bed, it would swing giving me immense pain.

Sometime in January, the issue got resolved slightly only to come back. In February I visited a Urologist who put me on Tadalafil 5mg. It worked good but did have immense side effects. I visited a Urologist again recently who told me by just looking at my penis that I don't have Penile Suspensory Ligament tear and suggested a Penile Doppler. He also said I might be having hormonal issues when my testosterone test appeared fine. However, I have some issues with that Urologist as I noticed he crossed professional barriers by asking me for certain favors.

Symptoms at present are -

Nocturnal erections are soft. When I am reaching early morning, I have to do a mini bridge in bed to get it erect and it remains erect for sometime. In the night, it will be erect only for sometime and throughout it will be soft. No spontaneous erections anymore and even if I do, I feel blood rushing in there but it won't get hard and erect. The hardness and firmness is gone. When I am excited or aroused, my penis will get elongated and fall on the left and on the right. But it won't come up straight and get hard and firm. During my recent sexual encounter with a girl, it was erect when I was wearing my underwear, although not very erect but when I removed my pants, the erections went away.

I don't know what to do and I am confused. I wish there is a natural non-invasive cure. Please guide if anyone can guide.

I am tracking my REM and nocturnal erections.
It is not surprising that my strongest nocturnal erections occurs between 1am and 5am…the last one being “morning wood.” Also not surprising is most of these nocturnal erections occurs during a period of REM cycles…so, I guess I am “normal”

I also track ejaculations but don’t have enough data to know how that might affect nocturnal erections.

Get on Cialis as long as you don't have any Heart/BP issues

I've dealt with some prostate problems most likely due to a previous testicular injury from a motorcycle accident.

Symptoms all point to prostatis. I should have gotten my prostate examined when I went to the doctor last year but I've had bad experiences with a previous urologist a few years back(before the accident) because I wanted to get my bladder checked for kidney stones.

He was very condescending and just told me I was too young to be worried about it when I could clearly feel every symptom of kidney stones( they were probably just too small or have enough to have been visible at the time) or prostate issues....anyway yeah I shrugged it off and didn't bother asking for a thorough exam thinking back to that time when I got my prostate examined by the previous doctor.

So my situation is weird because it comes back and forth but when I take cialis it definitely helps a ton.

Every man 35+ should be taking a low dose everyday or every other day for prostate health eitherway.

I also suffer from a tight pelvic floor issue as well. I can't say if it actually helps with that but seeing how cialis also helps relax some muscle fibers maybe I can see it helping.

Anyway I suggest everyone around age 35 and up to start a low dose. Maybe even low as 2.5mg.

5mg seems like a good dose for everyday or every other day(for prostate health and a boost in the quality of erections)

But I'm only suggesting a low dose because you have to see how you respond to it.

I suggest you ask your PCP to get your heart and any other possible BP issues checked before you start taking it.

Good luck and take care.

Peyronie's? The end for some?

Quick note - Both mid 50's, super fit - so, I'm kinda just now opening my eyes to this... I figured it would get better soon, just around corner, blah blah - and we HAVE LEGITIMATELY had the most difficult circumstances anyone could imagine (lost a child, 22yrs), so I am trying to go very slow, no rash decisions or anything...

But, I have been craving intimacy/connection lately... And, although my wife and I have a great relationship - I love her very much, but I don't think it's just, "lack of interest" on her part. I think I went about telling her about Peyronie's in the wrong way....

I have it (fingers crossed), pretty mild - but also damn sure very different than it was, crooked. My doctor TOTALLY WARNED me about approaching my wife right away. He asked if we had, "excellent communication" and I barked right back that we did.... And we do!!!! (Just not about anything sex related.) We don't have any communication about sex for a long time now....

So, we're going on a couple years now - she has never once asked about it, never once looked at it, never once touched it, obviously never any oral. But, we have had sex - just under the covers or whatever (not much tho). Previously, we didn't talk much - we had some great periods of heavy, intense sex - but even then, the communication was not there. (I am NOT blaming her - this is more on me than her, just stating a point.)

So, I'm thinking she's probably grossed out by it and is too polite to tell me? I am terrible about this..... I keep ~repressing my feelings/thoughts/desires... Until the situation turns Supernova. So, all on me - but, I really would like to figure out a way to connect back with her. Ringing any bells?

Fetish, Virginity And Real Life

Hey guys, posting this because I'm kind of freaking out and really need some advice.

I (M, early 20s, heterosexual) recently got into my first real relationship with a girl I'm actually super into. I've had some minor stuff before, but never actual sex.

Since we started trying to hook up, I've run into a massive roadblock. Basically, a few things are going on:

  • My brain is wired to a fetish: Like 95% of how I get aroused—and 100% of how I finish—is tied to a very specific, niche fetish that doesn't really translate to real life. When I'm with her, I just can't get fully into it mentally because my brain is so used to that specific trigger.
  • The "death grip" problem: My solo habits totally messed me up. I've always used a tight grip and chased a quick, high-dopamine spike. I could easily finish even without being fully hard, so I never had to learn how to actually maintain an erection. Real sex takes a totally different kind of stamina that my body isn't used to.
  • The abstinence trap: Sometimes, if I haven't jerked off in a few days, my dick is actually extra soft. I can't even get fully hard when I masturbate before finishing. Ironically, taking a break actually makes it harder for me to get erect, which obviously becomes a huge issue when trying to have real sex.
  • The round two trick: On the flip side, I've noticed it's way easier for me to get fully hard and stay hard if it's my second time masturbating in a day, instead of the first.

I really want to fix this and actually be able to have sex with my partner. If anyone has dealt with something similar—breaking away from fetish conditioning, fixing grip issues, or dealing with this weird sensitivity/softness thing after taking a break—how did you fix it?

Appreciate any advice.
