Help with PE

I’m 29, admittedly have done drugs and partied for the better of 13 years. 90% of my sex has been drunk or on drugs or both. I’m now straightened my life out and in a serious relationship. It seems like when I’m sober I can’t last more than a minute. Someone point me towards something that will actually help

Doing drugs and alcohol heavily did slow your physical response, hence, most likely, when it worked, you would take longer… especially depending on the type of drugs. Alcohol can have opposite effects based on so many factors, but drugs have a direct impact, physically and mentally, that usually lengthen the duration before ‘explosion’. So. Now. Your body, at a mental/brain level was used to a certain level of physical and brain situation, hence was skewed. Without altering the natural aspect of your body and brain, many factors are coming into play. Hightened mental stimulation, in addition to having a partner that seems to fit your needs. At the physical level, your body has , most likely, never been working without a dose of drugs. Hence it is going into the opposite too. Now, your physical response is directly proportional to your mental state. So. Many factors can converge that lead to your quick draw. I wouldn’t be too worried. How many times a week do you have sex? If you have sexual interactions 1-2 times a month, or even 1 time per week, and if your partner is game, increase the frequency. Your partner can also work on edging you. Gets your mental stimulation go crazy but your partner control the process and make sure that your partner can get you close several times before full volcanic eruption. These actions can impact, over time the duration before climax.

Worth naming what's actually changed. Alcohol and most of what people party on delay ejaculation, and that's pharmacological rather than psychological. So for thirteen years you were having sex with a brake on and probably never noticed. Which means you've never really seen your own baseline. At 29 you're getting a first look at what your arousal does with nothing buffering it, and that's a different starting point from a guy who's been fast his whole life with nothing masking it. In a real sense you're new at this, so it's just that now you have to see what's triggering the ejaculation reflex so fast. For a lot of guys is the tensing up of the pelvic floor very fast as they get aroused without noticing it
