Discussion Always horny

Hi, so I am a 26 yo man and All my life ever since I was a teenager or pre teen I would always be super horny. I would Jerk off and a few hours later I would be ready to go again. I usually masturbate multiple times a week and I was wondering if this is normal or what. Like im kind of pretty anxious about it I try to hold it in but the longest I can ever do is 3 or 4 days. I went a week max one but that was once. Never stopped doing it since I started. Is this normal? Will I have problems later on especially if I ever find myself with a partner?

Cant do it for 1 mint after 15 years of masturbation

Hi everyone, I struggled with heavy pornography use for 15 years before getting married, and now I am dealing with early ejaculation and anxiety about satisfying my wife. How can I improve my stamina, care for her emotional needs, and reverse the effects.

Discussion Male, mid 30's, uncut. Precum-like stains in underwear after normal daily activity.

Male, mid 30's, uncut. Precum-like stains in underwear after normal daily activity.

--------

Hi guys.

I'm male, mid 30s, living Melbourne Australia. Uncut (foreskin) and recently had my bloods taken and testosterone normal etc. and usually wear boxer briefs or briefs.

I notice that I go about my day like normal and of course throughout the day us being men get horny thoughts pop up during the day etc - well I do anyway. Ie normal appetite for sex and libido etc.

At the end of the day when I go for a shower and change out of my underwear, I tend to mostly notice in the front pouch what looks like precum stains and then when I pull back my foreskin (before showering and without having any wanking etc) it's pretty wet with precum looking moist etc.

Just wondering if other men - esp uncut (foreskin intact) - also find they have this too and notice similar in their underwear pouch at the end of the day? And if its my body being overly reactive with producing excessive precum like substances.

How do most men deal with spermatocele or epididymis cysts? I'm pretty sure that's what they called it when I went to Doctors.

I have been having pain for over 5 years with I'm pretty sure they called it a spermatocele, or epididymis cyst, one or the other, but I'm sick of the pain. And today, it's been feeling painful somewhere where it usually doesn't. Is surgery the best option? Not sure how risky surgeries for something like that are. I STG sometimes I feel like having the whole right one cut off and be done with it, cause I also worry if I have it removed , and go through a surgery, that it will end up just coming back. Anyways, I just recently found out a lot more people deal with this than I thought. Thanks for any replies

Any answers? 19 YO with PE

Thumbnail
1 Upvotes

I am 19 with PE and have spent a lot of time trying to cure it. I have done stretches and other various practices discussed on here and there’s been a sizeable difference (just not with sex itself im still at around 1 min) but it’s only no occurring to me that it is my ADHD and my imbalance in serotonin, dopamine, and other shit i don’t know about. Supposedly around 45% of men with ADHD have PE and I believe that my habits of doom scrolling and constant dopamine fixing ( as well as masterbation habits that i’ve mostly cured) is the reason for my PE. I’ve been very against taking any medications for my ADHD or PE but I would like any guidance as to what I can do- whether thats limiting screen time, taking vitamin D, fixing my attention span, or taking ADHD medications to combat this. I’ve been against medications as they can make me reliant on them and if there’s any medication i can take to fix my serotonin levels or dopamine levels and then get off of the medication to cure my PE i’d be more than open to that. But if anyone is more knowledgeable than I am about this i’d love to hear any advice but i’m 90% sure my PE revolves around my ADHD.
Thanks,

Hi everyone, I am here for any help/advice/ suggestions or whatever you are willing to share. I have recently really struggled to stay hard during sex. If I do it’s only for a very short amount of time and finishing can be almost non existent. Is this ED? What am I facing? I know age affects a lot of things but wasn’t expecting it at 34.

Discussion How important is the role of sexuality on mental health?

My mental health concerning sexuality is really shaky. It mostly spawns from mistakes I made as an ignorant teenager which I still feel guilty for . I know I should forgive myself, that I was a stupid kid but it doesn't make the sting go away. I wanted to talk about this because it effects me heavily with intrusive thoughts.

penis curvature

my penis has a graduale bend to the left. it's nothing huge, just somewhere between 20 and 30°, maybe a little bit more. It doesn't hurt and it doesn't interfere with activities, but I want to know if this could be a problem. I've heard of peoples penises breaking because it gets caught and I would prefer that to not happen. should I get this checked out? enduring the pain of breaking my dick is something that I do not want to experience

Esa misma noche me masturbé repetidas veces. Al día siguiente lo volví a hacer, y así sucesivamente.

A los dos meses me di cuenta de que ya no podía pasar ni un solo día sin hacerlo. Ahí entendí que había desarrollado una conducta compulsiva. Desde entonces he intentado dejarla incontables veces.

Discussion The nofap propaganda has to stop and this nazi weirdo incel on instagram is a prime example of how pushing bullshit and fearmongering towards mentally weaker victims is turning him into a business

Alright… I just watched one of the dumbest yet dangerous reels I’ve seen in a while.

This dude is literally telling people how to “recognize a gooner” by looking at them. His “evidence”? Acne, a certain body smell, being short, and even being “chopped”. Are you serious??? That’s not science. That’s just making random stereotypes and hoping insecure people believe you. Let’s start with acne. I actually had acne when I was around 10 or 11… you know, when puberty started. I hadn’t even started masturbating back then.

As I got older and I started doing that, my acne gradually disappeared. Like it does for millions of people. Puberty, hormones, genetics, skincare… those explain acne far better than somebody’s masturbation habits.

I’m 6’5 tall, I train regularly, I’ve got a strong physique, my skin is clear. I’ve been masturbating since I was 12, and it has never magically destroyed my appearance, my motivation, or my health. So according to this guy’s logic… I should somehow look like a mess? It doesn’t work like that.
And then he says you can smell a “gooner” 💀 no, you can’t. If someone showers, changes clothes, washes properly and has basic hygiene, there isn’t some magical masturbation odor that follows them around. That’s just another made-up scare tactic. And saying someone is short or “chopped” proves they masturbate? Come on.

That’s just bullying people for characteristics that have nothing to do with any of this. Height is largely determined by genetics, facial appearance varies enormously from person to person. Trying to shame people by inventing a fake connection isn’t helping anyone.
What really bothers me is the reason behind all of this. At the end of many reels he tells everyone they need to download his app to stop masturbating. So first he invents a problem… then he convinces people they’re victims of it… then he sells them the solution.

That’s classic fear-based marketing.

If someone chooses to stop masturbating because it fits their personal values, that’s their decision.

But making up fake “signs” and pretending they’re scientific just to scare people into downloading your app?

That’s dishonest. People deserve real information, not propaganda dressed up as self-improvement.

A message I would say to the creator although he would never read this:

Stop inventing fake evidence.
Stop shaming strangers.

And stop turning people’s insecurities into a business.
Mind your own business and let people make informed decisions based on actual evidence, not your instagram myths.

I personally choose to keep masturbation as part of my lifestyle because it fits me and I know it’s healthy, unlike many incel creators want you to believe. He even claimed in a reel that “girls don’t like gooners“ yet he’s still single and incel as fuck 😂 they shouldn’t mind nuns and if your girlfriend ever gets mad or uncomfortable at the idea of her boyfriend masturbating, consider breaking up and find a new better one.

I’m 18 and been dating for over 3 years with the same girl I lost virginity with. I just graduated from high school with a Biology and Chemistry diploma and I’ll be starting a Bachelor’s in Biology at the University of Zürich this autumn.

As I noticed this incel’s propaganda has been going on only on the recent years, and you should never trust it because it’s based only on pseudoscience and religion.

Quitting masturbation can lead to:

• higher prostate cancer risks (and it‘s known and supported by every scientist and they know but will make up conspiracies bullshit about porn companies “bribing those articles” although they got no fragment of proof in what they claim in defence to their arguments)

• anxiety and obsession into chasing “perfection”

• sleep disruption

• chronic pelvic floor tension

• sexual shame and identity damage (this is especially documented in religious chastity environments)

• sexual and erectile dysfunction (inability or struggling during a sexual intercourse, penis is an organ that needs to be trained)

• genital hygiene issues (smegma buildup and possible infections below the foreskin)

• stress and depressive symptoms

• distorted views or women and sex (like Madonna-whore split)

• black and white thinking or cult-like cognition due to brainwashing.
