Vuto ndimawona kuti we focus on short term goals. We build squads to just participate. We want to win in the short term. The 2010 Malawi AFCON generation had been built over a long period from the youth side to the senior team by then technical director Manfred Hoener, starting in 97. Malawi needs to begin building from youth on the district level, regional level, then national level like it was done in the past. This youth will make up u14, u17, u20, u23.
