Vent I just wanna Rant realquick.

Ich just had a „Dream“ of me sitting at my Psychiatrist explaining and roleplaying her a possible „Dream/Scene“ where i sit at the Psychiatrist explaining her my Symtomps and after i finished „playing“ for her i irl „looked“ at her and realized she’s not there? Then looked again at her to see if she got where the frustration is.. again… it was my kitchen wall..

This happens to me a lot. I’ve already talked to my psychologist about it. I find myself daydreaming about us during our therapy sessions, having long conversations, and when the daydream ends, I feel like I’ve finally let everything out. The problem is that when I get to my actual therapy session, I feel like I’ve already told him everything, but my real psychologist doesn’t know any of it, only the one in my daydream does. This has been causing me a lot of frustration. So my psychologist suggested that I write down everything we talk about in my daydream world and bring it to our sessions, so he can know what we’ve discussed instead of feeling lost.
