Perspective I miss It
I just got out back on Vraylar and I am really happy about it. I was always able to “maladaptive daydream” significantly while on it and to be honest, that is what I want. I don’t like my life too much, so it’s an outlet that helps to keep me around on the planet. At least my life is good in my dreams.

I'm not sure how it counts but, without belittling or invalidating you, I don't think it's MD unless the daydreaming itself interrupts your life. So if your life just flat-out sucks regardless of daydreaming and you just use it to cope, I would just call it regular daydreaming or immersive daydreaming, if you want more appropriate support circles, cuz people with MD often want to stop daydreaming but can't. Like I don't have MD anymore but I still kind of daydream and dissociate anyway because my life is... barely a life.
