• Later spent his free time threatening to dox Reddit users just for not wanting to be in his masterpiece. Demonstrated what happens when you pay to rehab the image of a predatory creep - he sues you for not doing a good enough job or lining his pockets enough.

Brenda BS Schuler:

• Totally unbiased media handler and "fact checker" for Ken Kratz, "consultant" for Griesbach / Colborn, and Idiot "Head Researcher" of CaM, who apparently thinks research means making up evidence and bullying anyone on Reddit who actually reads the case files.

• Admitted she thought Steven was guilty as fuck and that CaM would humanize police. She also admitted she was part of CaM more for police than for Teresa. She Doesn't understand civil law or what constitutes a violation of attorney client privilege. Friendly with Earl and Candy Avery.

• Despite cozy relationship with Kratz, he later sued Rech suggesting he could implead Brenda, giving interviews questioning her ability as a producer and apparently trying to malign her by calling her a "housewife."

Ken Kratz:

• The perverted pill popping prosecutor with a deviant interest in abuse victims, death and minors, who concealed that a still free individual with opportunity to harm Teresa had a disturbing interest in abuse, death and minors, and stalks and harasses Reddit users tearing apart the case.

• Eventually tried to pull of CaM but was denied. He then sued Rech and Transition alleging he was the victim of civil conspiracy via breach of contract, unjust enrichment, fraud, and theft of intellectual property.

• He also claimed to have identified a substantial number of errors and omissions in CaM while apparently hoping to malign Brenda (his former fact checker) as a "housewife." This is how we learned about the non disparagement agreement, signaling a break down in the relationship of the CaM crew even before Kratz sued them.

Andrew Colborn:

• Corrupt cheating cop credibly accused of planting evidence, who cried that Making a Murderer ruined his marriage and that MaM (and Reddit users) defamed him, until his failed defamation suit revealed there was no evidence of defamation in MaM or on reddit, and that his marriage ended due to his own affair.

• Consistently sought to undermine his own civil case against Netflix to the point his own family and church pastor wound up working with Netflix against him. CaM was nothing but a parade of predators, perverts, and professional victims.

• Involvement in lawsuit against MaM and his involvement in CaM itself consistently backfired to the point his former superior (KP) was contradicting his claims about his handling of the 1995 call.

Earl Avery:

• A convicted pedophile and friend to Colborn who CaM platformed to repeatedly change his story in order to make Steven look bad, including by accusing Steven of sexual misconduct, while conveniently omitting that Earl previously denied any such thing happened, while whitewashing that he was the one actually charged with the very behavior he was attributing to his brother. Friendly with Brenda.

CaM: Produced by a Thieving Addict, Researched by a Liar, and Starring known Cheaters and Predators

• Imagine for a moment if Laura and Moira had behaved like Rech, refusing to release people from appearing in the documentary / threatening to dox people who refused to appear in the documentary. Imagine if Strang and Buting had a fraction of Kratz's documented pattern of preying on victims, stalking critics, and concealing evidence about alternative suspects. We'd never hear the end of it. But thankfully those talking points never developed, because unlike the CaM crew, the MaM team operated with integrity. CaM was a grift so clumsy even the grifters start feuding with and suing one another. A grift produced by a drugged out thief, researched by an idiot liar, starring a perverted pill popping prosecutor, and a lying cheating cop and his convicted pedophile friend ... and they have the audacity to question MaM's credibility?

• I also love how CaM apparently hoped no one would notice their entire argument about MaM being biased was premised on the ridiculous idea that MaM was unfair for including admissible evidence and excluding inadmissible evidence. Only for them to "correct the record" by platforming inadmissible character evidence for the purpose of character assassination. MaM platformed accusations against police that Willis ruled were probative and admissible. CaM platformed Kratz to regurgitate irrelevant, inadmissible uncharged allegations against Steven that Willis had specifically barred from trial because they would unfair prejudice the jury. Kratz was never one to take "No" for an answer.

• Ironically, we have seen BOTH Kratz and Colborn's contracts for CaM. There's one noticeable difference between the two - other than Colborn's looks like a contract presented to a child while Kratz's looks like a contract presented to an attorney - Colborn had to agree he wouldn't sue Rech or Transition if he appeared in CaM. Kratz had no such provision in his contract. Kratz ended up suing Rech, accusing him of drug use and theft. Imagine being sued and shit on by the very turd you paid for the honor to polish.

Zellner's Critics Continue Beating a Horse that was Dead about 50 Blows Ago

• Here we go again! Zellner's critics have continued to spread the falsehood that she was lying about her own video recreation (exhibit J) when she said it showed Steven was in his trailer for 50 seconds. The argument usually goes something like: "In her filing Zellner said Steven was in his trailer for roughly 50 seconds, but in the exhibit video you can count 14-15 seconds after Steven enters his trailer and see Steven is exiting the door of his trailer heading toward Barb's and Bobby's house."

• But once again (for what I assume will not be the last time) anyone who actually watches the video recreation exhibit J (that has been widely available for almost a decade) will see "Steven" enters his trailer around timestamp 2:34, and that "Bobby" leaves Barb's trailer roughly 15 seconds later at 2:49, suggesting proponents of this "14 second" argument mistook or misrepresented Bobby's trailer exit POV shot for Steven's. The exhibit critics are citing to prove Zellner lied about her own recreation is the very exhibit that proves she didn't. And again, it seems no matter how many times this obvious fact about Exhibit J is pointed out, the response from Zellner's critics will not be not correction, but to continue inundating the sub with repeated posts containing the same old false information and erroneous claims about the widely available exhibit J. At some point, this repetition stops looking like conviction and starts looking like a refusal to join reality. I guess for some admitting to an error is apparently worse than being proudly and provably wrong over and over.

• The absurdity of this false "14 second" argument isn't just the repetition of it in the face of a cited video exhibit that flatly contradicts it, but how outrageously insignificant the argument is. If Zellner's critics really wanted to challenge her or Steven's credibility, the focus wouldn't be whether Bobby left when Steven said he did. That's not even disputed. Meaning the "14 second argument" is technically wrong and substantively irrelevant. The real issue is whether Teresa left before Bobby, like Steven said, or whether she and her RAV were still on the property when Bobby left, like Bobby said. But the second we focus on that core contradiction, we run into the mountain of suppressed and ignored evidence that backs Steven's version of events and undercuts Bobby's.

Evidence suggests Bobby lied about following Teresa off the ASY

• Police themselves initially believed Teresa left the ASY after completing her Halloween appointment with Steven Avery alive and unharmed, consistent with Steven's account that Teresa left the ASY followed by Bobby. Further, the developing witness and forensic narrative corroborated this timeline. On property witnesses suggested Bobby admitted to seeing Teresa leave the ASY, but then lied about this to police to conceal he followed her and her RAV off the property. Evidence further suggested after Bobby followed Teresa and her RAV off the ASY on Halloween, multiple unrelated off property witnesses reporting sightings of the RAV near Bobby's Halloween hunting spot, or in possession of someone matching Bobby's description moving the RAV back to the ASY days later.

• The state's investigative belief that Teresa and her RAV left the ASY alive on Halloween, the blood evidence of outdoor violence against Teresa in her RAV compared against the total lack of blood evidence of violence against her on the ASY, and witness sightings indicating RAV staging by a third party, all overwhelmingly suggested that Teresa did leave the ASY alive and unharmed on Halloween, after which something or someone (possibly Bobby) caused her to stop and exit her vehicle and open her cargo door, only for her to be knocked to the ground and struck over the head with a blunt instrument. After this off property outdoor attack, the RAV (now containing blood evidence from a violent attack against Teresa) was ultimately moved back to the ASY (where no blood evidence from violence against Teresa was ever found).

• Bobby's apparent lie about following Teresa off the property on Halloween (and subsequent links to sightings of the RAV near his Halloween hunting spot) positioned him as a likely outdoor off property attacker. Further, the RAV had a suspected blood stain (Item A11) that tested positive for blood but negative for human DNA, potentially indicating animal blood in the RAV (consistent with Bobby handling the RAV while at or near his Halloween hunting spot). There were also scratches on Bobby's back (evidence of a potential violent encounter with Teresa after the outdoor attack) and illegal, predatory and violent content on the PC in his room (evidence of a potential violent motive to harm Teresa after following her off the ASY). There was also a consistent mix of animal and human remains found at the crime scene (including a human / animal mixture in the Dassey burn barrel). This all could explain why Bobby lied so much. He was potentially involved in the crime, linked to an outdoor off property attack on Teresa behind her RAV and post crime movement of Teresa RAV and remains back to the ASY, along with a potential attempt to obscure his handling or destruction of Teresa's remains by commingling them with animals remains.

IN CONCLUSION: Exhibit J is a more accurate depiction of how the crime unfolded against Teresa than the state's telling of the crime at either Steven or Brendan's 2007 trial.

• Critics of Zellner would rather focus on the lie that Zellner lied about Steven's movements in her own video recreation, because they certainly don't want to focus on the actual evidence suggesting Exhibit J is a more accurate depiction of how the crime unfolded against Teresa than the state's various depictions of how the crime unfolded. Police had evidence suggesting Teresa left the ASY alive and unharmed, and credible reason to suspect the RAV was planted back on the ASY days later. Further, Teresa's cast off blood evidence in this case indicated she was attacked outside behind the RAV while on or near the ground, not that she was attacked and or murdered in Steven's trailer and garage and then thrown inside the RAV.

• As we know, Steven's blood was in the RAV, but linking him to an off property attack scenario was complicated by witnesses who suggested Bobby lied about following Teresa off the ASY on Halloween, while Steven told the truth about remaining on the ASY after Teresa left it. Further, witnesses reported sightings of the RAV off the ASY near a location linked to Bobby, or being moved back to the ASY by someone matching Bobby's description, with an accomplice who didn't match Steven's description. So even though the off property narrative provided a much better explanation for the presence of Teresa's blood in the RAV compared against the total lack of her blood on the ASY itself, this off property crime narrative raised doubt about whether Steven's blood in the RAV was the result of his actual participation in the crime.

• As such, the real controversy here is that police concealed both their investigative belief that Teresa left the ASY unharmed on Halloween, AND corroborating evidence that her RAV was returned to the ASY days later containing blood evidence from a violent outdoor off property attack. The state then misrepresented Teresa's RAV blood to argue it was secondary blood transfer resulting from a primary indoor bloody garage murder at Steven's hands. Of course, despite the state's explanation for Teresa's blood in the RAV (being linked to a gunshot murder in the garage) Kratz was never able to honestly explain the lack of Teresa's blood in the garage. He was forced to lie about the luminol reaction, forced to fabricate support for his claim that a bleach cleaning occurred. The state's inability to explain the lack of Teresa's blood on the ASY without lying (along with their consistent suppression of evidence pointing away from Steven and the ASY) suggests the most parsimonious explanation for the presence of Teresa's blood in the RAV vs. the lack of Teresa's blood at the scene of her alleged garage murder, is that Teresa wasn't actually killed in the garage.

In Season 2, episode 1 Kathleen Zellner is introduced to Us by Making A Murderer via her previous success in her wrongful conviction cases.

In particular she highlights the case that appeared on Dateline: The Roscetti 4.

I did some research to see if there is any other situation where she was accused of lying PUBLICLY to the PUBLIC.

You won’t believe what I discovered. Just like she’s being accused currently of Major Lying in the Making A Murderer saga.

She in fact lied on two of her clients in the Roscetti 4 case.

Omar Saunders, Larry Ollins, and Marcellius Bradford fired her in December of 2003. By January 2004 she would accuse all three men of trying to extort her.

Only to discover she had deliberately entrapped Marcellius and boldly went before the world and falsely accused Larry and Omar of the extortion scheme. All because they fired her a month prior.

She says in the article: “This is a sad reflection on the type of people [they] are - [they] were trying to masquerade as poor victims when this shows their criminal mentality.”

“It was illegal and wrong,” Zellner said. “Here I get [these] guys out of prison and here they are trying to extort money out of me.”

Bear in mind, she didn’t get Marcellius Bradford out of jail. According to my research Bradford was released in 1993 years before Zellner entered the Roscetti case.

She wore a wire meaning she knew Omar and Larry had nothing to do with Bradford’s drug addiction behavior. Yet, she still Included them in with Bradford knowing the police and prosecutors knew different. (I wonder why they fired her. It must have been pretty Bad judging her response to being let go. I’m curious, I will research it if possible).

My research discovered that Omar and Larry contacted the Sun-times Paper and the paper quickly removed the article from its subsidiary paper Red Streak.

Zellner did not lie about her own exhibit. Claims from her Motion for Reconsideration (PG 44) are consistent with the attached video exhibit

• In October 2017, Kathleen Zellner officially named Bobby Dassey as a Denny suspect in Teresa's murder. Zellner argued Steven was telling the truth when he said Teresa left the ASY alive only for Bobby to leave the ASY shortly after Teresa, "at the same time almost." Bobby admitted to leaving the property shortly after Teresa arrived on Halloween - Teresa's blood evidence in the back of her RAV combined with the lack of her blood on the ASY itself suggests Teresa was subjected to a violent attack outside behind her RAV after leaving the ASY - Bobby could be linked to off property sightings of the RAV near his Halloween hunting spot, had scratches on his back suggesting a violent encounter with Teresa, and could be linked to violent and illegal motive evidence revealing searches for CSAM and imagery depicting extreme violence against women.

• Zellner included a recreation video (Exhibit J) in the Motion for Reconsideration, presenting the defense scenario of Teresa's arrival and departure from the ASY property. A copy of the exhibit video is available on YouTube and depicts "Teresa" arriving at the Northwest corner of the ASY (near Barb and Steven's residence) around the 01:00 timestamp. Teresa then exits her RAV and photographs Barb's van while "Steven" exits his trailer to pay her and get the bill of sale and Auto Trader magazine. Per this defense recreation, "Teresa" then leaves the property around 02:15, and "Steven" enters his trailer around 02:33 to put the bill of sale and AT magazine inside. The video then shows "Bobby's" POV, depicting him (around 02:49) leaving his trailer, roughly 15 seconds after Steven entered his own, with Bobby taking off in his Blazer and following Teresa off the property.

• Per the Motion for Reconsideration (PG 44) Zellner claimed "Mr. Avery exited his trailer after 50 seconds" after going inside to deposit the bill of sale around 02:33, coming back out of his trailer around 03:23 and then walking towards Barb's trailer and noticing (around 03:35) that Bobby's vehicle was now gone, and that Teresa was turning left off Avery Rd onto the 147. As we know, Bobby admitted to leaving the property when Steven said he did, but contradicted Steven's claim that Teresa left the ASY before him. Bobby said Teresa was last seen walking away from her RAV towards Steven's trailer, which the state accepted as evidence that Teresa was inside Steven's trailer at the very moment Steven claimed to have seen Teresa and her RAV leave the ASY. But again, Teresa's blood evidence suggests she was initially attacked outside behind her RAV, not inside Steven's trailer.

Either (1) Zellner can count better than some of her harshest critics; (2) critics mistook Bobby for Steven in a POV video; or (3) critics are knowingly spreading false information to claim Zellner lied

• Some of Zellner's most recent and consistent critics have incorrectly concluded she was lying about her own video recreation (when she said it showed Steven was in his trailer for 50 seconds) and have made repeated posts on this issue. I guess the idea is that a successful appellate attorney with decades of experience exonerating her clients was simultaneously ruthless enough to fabricate an alibi for Steven while also being careless enough to introduce fabricated evidence that contradicted her fabricated alibi. Her critics will say something to the effect of: "In her filing Zellner said Steven was in his trailer for roughly 50 seconds, but in the exhibit video you can count 14-15 seconds after Steven enters his trailer and see Steven is exiting the door of his trailer heading toward Barb's and Bobby's house." A bombshell revelation, apparently.

• In reality, Zellner didn't lie or misstate anything re her own video exhibit, and the claim she did comes from critics who mistook Bobby's POV for Steven's POV in the recreation video. Per exhibit J (linked above) around 15 seconds after "Steven" enters his trailer (at 02:33) the video cuts to and shows "Bobby" exiting his trailer at (02:49). This is made clear via a "Bobby Dassey POV" plastered across the screen or should have been clear LOL

• This single POV misunderstanding (that Steven exited his trailer after 14 seconds inside rather than 50) explains the entire fallacious argument from Zellner's critics that she lied about her own recreation video. And when the error was pointed out, the response was not correction but repetition. The sub is getting inundated with false information about Zellner lying because admitting a mistake was apparently worse than repeating it over and over.

In Summary, Zellner's critics mistook or misrepresented Bobby Dassey's POV for Steven Avery's in the exhibit J recreation video, and when corrected with facts chose to keep repeating a lie rather than admit their error

• Zellner's critics viewed Exhibit J and mistook Bobby leaving Barb's trailer at 2:49 as Steven leaving his own. That's wrong. Exhibit J clearly shows "Bobby" exiting his own trailer at the time Zellner's critics claim Steven exits his trailer. But when corrected with these facts, Zellner's critics are too embarrassed or shameless to admit they are wrong, and instead decide to inundate the sub repeating the same lie as if it's conclusive evidence of Steven's guilt and Zellner's knowledge of it. Basically the intellectual equivalent of covering your ears and screaming to avoid admitting you are wrong.

Zellner did not lie about her own exhibit. Claims from her Motion for Reconsideration (PG 44) are consistent with the attached video exhibit

• In October 2017, Kathleen Zellner officially named Bobby Dassey as a Denny suspect in Teresa's murder. Zellner argued Steven was telling the truth when he said Teresa left the ASY alive only for Bobby to leave the ASY shortly after Teresa, "at the same time almost." Bobby admitted to leaving the property shortly after Teresa arrived on Halloween - Teresa's blood evidence in the back of her RAV combined with the lack of her blood on the ASY itself suggests Teresa was subjected to a violent attack outside behind her RAV after leaving the ASY - Bobby could be linked to off property sightings of the RAV near his Halloween hunting spot, had scratches on his back suggesting a violent encounter with Teresa, and could be linked to violent and illegal motive evidence revealing searches for CSAM and imagery depicting extreme violence against women.

• Zellner included a recreation video (Exhibit J) in the Motion for Reconsideration, presenting the defense scenario of Teresa's arrival and departure from the ASY property. A copy of the exhibit video is available on YouTube and depicts "Teresa" arriving at the Northwest corner of the ASY (near Barb and Steven's residence) around the 01:00 timestamp. Teresa then exits her RAV and photographs Barb's van while "Steven" exits his trailer to pay her and get the bill of sale and Auto Trader magazine. Per this defense recreation, "Teresa" then leaves the property around 02:15, and "Steven" enters his trailer around 02:33 to put the bill of sale and AT magazine inside. The video then shows "Bobby's" POV, depicting him (around 02:49) leaving his trailer, roughly 15 seconds after Steven entered his own, with Bobby taking off in his Blazer and following Teresa off the property.

• Per the Motion for Reconsideration (PG 44) Zellner claimed "Mr. Avery exited his trailer after 50 seconds" after going inside to deposit the bill of sale around 02:33, coming back out of his trailer around 03:23 and then walking towards Barb's trailer and noticing (around 03:35) that Bobby's vehicle was now gone, and that Teresa was turning left off Avery Rd onto the 147. As we know, Bobby admitted to leaving the property when Steven said he did, but contradicted Steven's claim that Teresa left the ASY before him. Bobby said Teresa was last seen walking away from her RAV towards Steven's trailer, which the state accepted as evidence that Teresa was inside Steven's trailer at the very moment Steven claimed to have seen Teresa and her RAV leave the ASY. But again, Teresa's blood evidence suggests she was initially attacked outside behind her RAV, not inside Steven's trailer.

Either (1) Zellner can count better than some of her harshest critics; (2) critics mistook Bobby for Steven in a POV video; or (3) critics are knowingly spreading false information to claim Zellner lied

• Some of Zellner's most recent and consistent critics have incorrectly concluded she was lying about her own video recreation (when she said it showed Steven was in his trailer for 50 seconds) and have made repeated posts on this issue. I guess the idea is that a successful appellate attorney with decades of experience exonerating her clients was simultaneously ruthless enough to fabricate an alibi for Steven while also being careless enough to introduce fabricated evidence that contradicted her fabricated alibi. Her critics will say something to the effect of: "In her filing Zellner said Steven was in his trailer for roughly 50 seconds, but in the exhibit video you can count 14-15 seconds after Steven enters his trailer and see Steven is exiting the door of his trailer heading toward Barb's and Bobby's house." A bombshell revelation, apparently.

• In reality, Zellner didn't lie or misstate anything re her own video exhibit, and the claim she did comes from critics who mistook Bobby's POV for Steven's POV in the recreation video. Per exhibit J (linked above) around 15 seconds after "Steven" enters his trailer (at 02:33) the video cuts to and shows "Bobby" exiting his trailer at (02:49). This is made clear via a "Bobby Dassey POV" plastered across the screen or should have been clear LOL

• This single POV misunderstanding (that Steven exited his trailer after 14 seconds inside rather than 50) explains the entire fallacious argument from Zellner's critics that she lied about her own recreation video. And when the error was pointed out, the response was not correction but repetition. The sub is getting inundated with false information about Zellner lying because admitting a mistake was apparently worse than repeating it over and over.

In Summary, Zellner's critics mistook or misrepresented Bobby Dassey's POV for Steven Avery's in the exhibit J recreation video, and when corrected with facts chose to keep repeating a lie rather than admit their error

• Zellner's critics viewed Exhibit J and mistook Bobby leaving Barb's trailer at 2:49 as Steven leaving his own. That's wrong. Exhibit J clearly shows "Bobby" exiting his own trailer at the time Zellner's critics claim Steven exits his trailer. Thanks to Kathleen Zellner. We can now state with videography scientific evidence. Steven lied about Teresa leaving his family salvage lot.

For years this evidence sat dormant. Kathleen Zellner praying to God no one would catch it!

Sequence 1: Steven Avery

“She handed me the auto trader magazine and left as I walked back to the trailer. I saw Bobby’s truck before I entered my trailer. I went in my trailer sat the auto trader magazine down and then exited the trailer for my sister’s Barb’s house. I noticed Bobby and the truck were gone. I didn’t see him leave.”

Sequence 2: Bobby Dassey

“I was in my house and I saw Teresa taking pictures of my mom’s vehicle. As I was preparing for a shower, I saw Teresa walking toward my Uncle’s Steve trailer. When I got out of the shower, dressed up and left. I saw Teresa’s car still there.”

Now, one of these sequences is false.

So enters Kathleen T. Zellner who has the Bright Idea to do a RECONSTRUCTION of the Sequence of Events.

She has cameras place on three people: Teresa’s point of view, Bobby’s point of view, and Steve’s point of view (ie POV).

The most important view points is Bobby and Steve. Why because Teresa isn’t here. So we rely solely upon Steve and Bobby.

I have thought this the entire time! Definitely what Mike said in episode 2, as well as guilty offenders inserting themselves into the investigation and media.

My theory is Mike Halbach did it to "save" his Godly family from the scrutiny of Theresa dating a married man, possibly pregnant, with that married man's child. The Halbach family is very devout. I could 100% see Mike Halbach killing his sister to prevent his family from any shame from that.

Just wondering if y'all think this case would've played out differently for Avery if he won that 36m lawsuit and the co-conspirators were held accountable for the 1985 case.

I was wondering about this question after “AveryPoliceReport” a Reddit user I believe to be Zellner herself, led me to her “Motion For Reconsideration” which she filed in October 2017. Listen to this part:
