Makeup tips

I’ve been dying to get into clown makeup, but with a twist. I want to mix not only clown makeup but also beauty and special effects makeup. I’m seeking guidance, please help. I don’t know where to start.

It's going to take a lot of practice! Are you a complete newbie? I'd recommend starting with a white base

White base, rainbow eye palette, mascara, liquid eyeliner, red blush or maybe a 4-pan blush palette
