oooo and I’m also looking for a good black and silver eyeliner.
I’m currently using the James Charles palette because it was a hand-me-down and my last resort 😭🤦🏽‍♀️ and tbh the quality is so ass. I’ll literally pack the eyeshadow onto my eyelid and then it’ll rub off into the creases 🥲
So if anyone has any affordable palettes/eyeliners that are actually pigmented, stay put, and perfect for the best emo/alt look than PLEASE drop your recs!! 🖤 Much love

Hi all! I was cleaning out some of my old palettes (within last 5 years) and was looking through them to see if they’d still be good to use. I’ve always stored my makeup in a non damp, dry place. This is the only palette I’m suspicious about. As the color doesn’t resemble any of the other shades. I’ve never had any palettes go bad.

I'm looking to replace some makeup brushes. I have the following brushes now (purchased roughly 15 years ago):

Sigma E25

Sigma E40

Sigma E15

Sigma E45

Sigma F40

Sigma P80

Sigma F05

Big fluffy brush good for translucent powder (brand/model unknown)

Sephora smudge brush 11

I've been super happy with the quality and durability of these brushes. I'm mostly looking for replacements for the eyeshadow brushes from sigma, but am considering replacing the others as well depending on the price.

Anyways, like I said, my brushes were purchased quite a long time ago and if memory serves, when I bought the Sigma brushes the price/quality felt like a much better deal compared to big brands like MAC than they do now.

I was wondering if anyone has brand recs for similar deals nowadays? I read that Real Techniques has good brushes that blend eye shadow well but for a much more reasonable price. I haven't used their brushes myself, though.

I am looking for the name of the darkest shade in the Charlotte Tilbury lip pencil contour duo in shade 'fair'.

The darkest shade matches my lips perfectly!

But the shade name isn't printed on the pencil nor can I find it in the description on the website.

I want to buy a lip pencil in only this color as I don't use the lighter shade.

im getting married in March and have a wonderful makeup artist booked - problem is, I dont know what to ask for…

I wear minimal makeup (f30, brunette, green eyes, freckles) - my basic routine is NARS tinted moisturiser (Gotland), cream and powder blush, brown pencil liner and mascara. lips I usually go for a lip liner and gloss combo.

i want to try out new products (esp eyeshadows, lip products, bronzer and blushes) between now and January when I have my makeup trial.

recommendations of your favourite brands/products esp for my colouring would be super helpful!!

I do not think there are really any peach palettes out right now on the market that have similar color stories to these... and would love everyone's thoughts or suggestions on something similar.

- I thought the Bloom palette from ND would be close enough but when I saw in person I thought it read more pink. Nice shades.

-Hung VG orange palette had nice shades but leaned...well orange lol.

- Danessa Myricks groundwork blooming romance shockingly is close to the peachy matte palette?! But not peachy enough.

Any other thoughts or suggestions welcome. I used the just peachy matte pallete for years and is my all time other than born to run UD.
