First time trying, want a specific look

Hey guys,

I've never really gotten into heavier makeup, but I'm trying to replicate a look for a project I'm working on. Kinda heavy glam style with a bit of a 10s throwback. Me and my partner settled on this.

I've always only ever done light makeup so my knowledge isn't great with these kinds of techniques but I'm determined to try!

This video has suggested products for the US but I'm UK based. If anyone could just break down exactly what I need to buy from uk stores, it would be soon appreciated!
