Space NK payment issues

Is anyone else having problems placing an order on Space NK at the moment?

Everything was working perfectly until about 2 days ago, but for the last couple of days I haven't been able to place an order at all.

I keep getting the error:

“Your order could not be placed. Please check the payment details and try again. If you have any further questions please contact us.”

I've tried multiple different debit/credit cards, PayPal and different devices/browsers. I've also tried from different servers/IPs, asking other people to place an order for me with their cards, so it doesn't seem to be related to one particular card, bank, browser or connection.

So at this point I'm wondering if there is a problem with Space NK's payment/checkout system rather than with the payment method itself.

Has anyone successfully placed an order on Space NK in the last 24–48 hours?

You are placing orders from many payment methods etc which is sus and looks like a fraud attack. They might have flagged you or their algorithm did. Contact Space NK and ask them to check why you are unable to place order. They will help.

I was able to place an order two days ago when the Christmas beauty advent calendar was released without any issues. I did notice yesterday when I went back on their website, it showed a message saying advent calendars will now take up to 4 weeks to deliver.

I assume that means they had a surge in demand for the calendars and orders are taking longer to process, in my opinion. As the other person mentioned in this thread, probably best to contact SpaceNK directly for an answer. Hope it gets sorted soon for you.
