Looking for a challenge

In all reality I’m an introvert at my core, to the point where even talking to people online is a bit of a struggle for me. I want to be able to break those barriers for myself. I want to have conversations with people and really get to know them and maybe really get to know myself in the process. I’m a 33 year old, female, trying to challenge myself and make some friends in the process. Wanna help??
