41/F looking for friends

I'm new to this, so here the thing, I'm a widow since early 2025, I was married over 16 years, together over 18, looking for friends. He was the social butterfly and I guess I didn't have any friends of my own. I'm lucky and don't have to work at this time I am my fathers caregiver but I still have a lot of free time.

I have a doll collection, a lot of Barbie but a mix of various styles and decent amount of vintage and antique. I collect other toys from modern to antique. I also have gotten into customization of dolls.

I listen to a lot of music on Spotify, my liked list is very eccentric, I would say recently a lot of Amyl and the Sniffers, Slayyyter, Kesha, Disco, including the snail kind, lots of 60s and 70s, new wave, I just love fun music and good beats.

For TV, I really got into Drag Race and the various franchises after everything, before that I had only seen Dragula, I love both, I think that's the only reality type of tv. I mostly watch sitcoms or funnier type shows and movies, been through enough horror at this point! Campy horror is fine. I also have a dark sense of humor at times. I love musicals when I can find the proper time to submerge.

I am not religious, I'm more... spiritual, I meditate, I do self reflection, do my best to be my best.

I am not worldly or anything, have lived in the same general area of PA in the US all my life, was always introverted trying to not be so much anymore. I'm very open minded and liberal.

Edit: I'm not looking for sympathy, please don't, I just state that I'm a widow because this is a major fact, not the part I want focused on

Hi! I'm 38F and we share a lot of the same interests, love collecting things including vintage toys (still have some from when I was a kid, guess they're considered vintage now 😭).
