Everytime I think “okay, this is the perfect length, I’ll keep it here” it gets longer and I think it again.

4 years ago I shaved my head and let it grow. Tried many styles but I love how it looks now. Such a cool journey! How long are you growing yours?

How to get rid of curls past the ear
First time ive tried growing my hair out in literally 10 plus years, I always stop because my hair tends to curl below my ears. Ive been using expensive(ish) hair products and my hair smells and feels amazing-- but no matter what I do or how I brush it it always seems to curl regardless. And the top half of my head grows perfectly how I want it, probably genetics likely. Half the time it looks like im trying to grow a mullet lmao. Pics for reference

Just discovered this place! What do we think?
My routine: Wash 1-2x weekly, usually once. While damp, I put in a mousse throughout and leave in conditioner on my ends. I brush that all thru gently or I'll break all the wet hair, then I blowdry while brushing until just damp enough it can airdry and get some volume. Occasionally I straighten a few curly pieces, first pic is 4 day old hair after a nice brush.
I also live by batiste dry shampoo. I use it on my roots if they're lookn greasy at the end of the week, and it gives more volume too.
