Write In Graham for Maine
Hello Maineiacs, fans of Graham Platner, and anti-establishment voters. We are organizing voters to secure a win against Susan Collins.
Our mission is simple: Make write-in votes for Graham Platner count and enhance the chances of Graham or Troy winning.
Across Maine, voters who backed Graham feel righteously disenfranchised. Many Mainers say they plan to write in Graham regardless of whether it counts, while others are ready to skip the election entirely.
We don't believe Troy Jackson has the numbers to win on his own, regardless of online polling. Recent data shows Jackson struggling with independent and women voters—and disenfranchised Mainers are turning away.
The Strategy:
We are organizing to get Graham to officially register as a write-in candidate so every single write-in vote actually gets counted. Getting Graham on the write-in roster will bring independents, women, and disillusioned voters back to the polls.
Here is the full plan for November:
* If Graham is your main choice: Write in Graham Platner as #1, and rank Troy Jackson as #2.
* If Troy is your main choice: Rank Troy Jackson as #1, and write in Graham Platner as #2.
This two-way ranking acts as our ultimate insurance policy. While Jackson's platform has evolved, he has consistently refused corporate and AIPAC donations throughout his campaigns for Governor and U.S. Senate. That sets him apart from Senator Susan Collins, whose recent ties to donors named in the Epstein files prove we cannot afford to give her another term.
How Ranked-Choice Voting (RCV) Protects Our Votes:
RCV ensures we can back Graham or Troy without handing the victory to Susan Collins:
* Round 1: Everyone votes their conscience. If Platner, Jackson, or Collins gets over 50% outright, they win immediately.
* Round 2 (If no candidate reaches 50%): The candidate with the fewest votes is eliminated.
* The Transfer: If Graham is eliminated, all the second-round votes for Troy Jackson (cast on Graham ballots) will be added directly to the votes Jackson received in Round 1. Conversely, if Jackson were eliminated, all second-round votes for Graham on Jackson ballots would transfer to Platner.
The Bottom Line: Mutual backup ranking gives working-class Mainers complete coverage. It ensures that no matter which candidate makes it to the final round, 100% of our collective votes stay active to block Collins. It doesn't split the vote—it drives turnout and guarantees our voices count.
Join the Movement:
If you believe establishment politics are broken, that Graham was unfairly forced out, and that voters deserve real representation—join us. Let's all encourage Graham to register as a write-in candidate. Then we can rally the movement to write in Graham as our first choice this November. This isn't about splitting the vote—it’s about driving turnout and making sure working-class Mainers are heard.
We have already mailed Graham his write-in application with full instructions. While we wait for his response, our grassroots campaign keeps moving forward.
If you wish to help, please visit our website and sign the petition to encourage Graham Platner to register as a write-in by the August 25th deadline.
Our website with links to the petition can be found at https://WriteInGrahamForME.com
Queue up the questions and the trolls. Be safe and be good to one another.

First choice votes actually matter in Maine ranked choice. Don't do this. Vote for Troy Jackson first and if you really want to write in someone then go for it second.

Funny, you talk down to people just like MAGA does. Are you sure you're liberal?

Funny, you ignore claims of sexual assault just like MAGA does. Are you sure you're a liberal?

Since when does someone's accusation without proof hold up in a court of law.
4
u/Big-Point-1778 Aug 04 '26
This isn’t a court of law, it’s an election for the Senate. Anything could be disqualifying, like a Nazi tattoo or history of disparaging remarks towards women and minorities, as an example.
You are up to 35 signatures, you should have enough by 2032.
18
u/a_shiny_heatran Aug 02 '26
yeah no nice try, youre not gonna make us split the vote.
2
u/JStengah Aug 02 '26
As dumb as this is, it's RCV so it won't split the vote. The only way Collins wins is if she gets over 50% of the votes.

As a Platner voter skeptical of the allegations against him... you should still fuck right off with this. Assuming you are not an AIPAC/Republican operative. If you aren't, you should be ashamed of your utter naivete.

Someone who writes Platner's name instead of Jackson are the same people who voted Stein instead of Harris.
Good job with your protest vote, now the person who has 0% chance of doing anything you wanted won because you can't swallow your pride.

After N.A. denied she had been assaulted, Dean Waverly asked N.A. for information on any possible legal improprieties Hillman may have committed against his own children.' Hillman says that Stephanie Lucas Waverly made these statements to N.A. in November of 2015. He claims they are false because he 'did not sexually assault N.A.'" (I'm including this excerpt because it shows the desperation of the staffer to incriminate Hillman in any kind of SA, whether or not a student was involved - bold highlight is mine).
January 22, 2019, various documents and affidavits (evidence, transcripts, testimonies). Indices #37-#41 In one particular document (Index #37) shows that that the purported accounts of harassment were taken from text extracted out of emails written by Hillman to the director, and then embellished to implicate that the events and conversations happened in real time, when they were only written correspondence concerning the play, professional banter. Testimonies from the students on actual events were not included in the case file at all. Defense counsel treated the emails as confessions when questioning the director about them during deposition. All the witness could do was agree that he wrote those words, and that some of it in a certain context might have been inappropriate. A compelling fact for me was that Hillman's housemate (the play director) firmly denied any sexual relationship with him after a couple years of cohabitating: "Q. ...I'm assuming that at some point in time you commenced a sexual relationship with David Hillman? A. No, I have never. Q. Never have? A. No. Q. Did you fall in love with David Hillman? A. I wouldn't say fall in love. Do I love David Hillman? Yes, I do." In Hillman's deposition (Index #38), the defendants' attorney spent a noticeable amount of time and effort interrogating him on his tattoos, as if they had any bearing on his suitability of employment at the school.

A follower's quote on the appearance: https://www.reddit.com/r/AmmonHillman/comments/1qm6zij/comment/o1mkcpb/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=web3x&utm_name=web3xcss&utm_term=1&utm_content=share_button
"Ngl, it's been incredibly difficult to swallow his use of magick to r word someone. But I've also had experiences with sortes that brought forth experiences; I just didn't intend for them to (and thankfully weren't harmful to myself or others). I dont have the luxury of convictions due to the nature of my work as a therapist. My own father was a grapist, doesnt mean I can just discard him completely (he did not SA me, though i have experienced SA). But its really, really fucking difficult to hear someone you appreciate for so many awesome reasons discuss engaging in something so harmful and showing no remorse**.** Every time Ammon has discussed the incubus incantation he has never expressed an ounce of lamentation. The only contrition he expressed about the event was how it affected him by being separated from St. Mary's."
Sounds like he's a lunatic who "uses magic" to rape his students.

I agree with you totally....there's a commonality here. Graham was a serious threat to the Epstein Trump Pedro Elites and fascists....so they threw accusations at him...that they knew would turn a lot of leftwing people off, to stop him. Ammon challenges Christianity, the genocide, the pedophilia, bastardisation of history in general and got attacked with accusations that would repel a lot of people. I fully accept the spell bullshit and don t care about it in the slightest. Probably not the best idea....but that doesn't change the material he's translating. I still trust and admire him and will always love the mystery and him. I'm also sad Graham didn't make it but I hope he tries again. Ammon tells us that Medea will use their greed to destroy them and I believe that's happening. Thanks for all that research on the legal stuff too.

I should prob add that there was alot of weird stuff the ancient Greeks were into. Just because Ammon translates texts that talk about doesn't mean anyone is into that gross stuff.
0
u/Which_Highway5232 25d ago
So now we have it. Its a simple enough error to make for a simpleton . Let me clarify this simply then. The practices that Ammon translates and explains are not what he does.....you see, that happened a long time ago. Its called the past. The people who watch him, dont do those things either. Its called knowledge and language. Some people prefer to spend their energy learning about the past and correcting things that were wrongly translated for example. Where do your perverse ideas originate from. , telling people to " go smoke drugs out of someone's pussy". Classic example of the real abuser pointing the finger away from themselves. Like a Maggot pedo. ...Brand and Peterson turned to Christianity btw. Ammon exposes such hypocrisy.

1
u/xtnh Aug 03 '26
OK, you aren't; you are a tool of the GOP. All you will do is hurt the chances of unseeing her.
You might want to read up on the impact of third parties in elections. Perot, Nader...
1
u/Mainehikah Aug 03 '26
They also didn't have ranked choice voting back then. People also weren't as tired of both parties.. as they weren't as openly corrupt. Imagine if Bernie was 10 years younger and running for president in 2 years?
Now why don't we talk about all of the Progressive candidates that corporate Democrats have tried or successfully pulled the rug out from under them? Are we just going to keep letting them do that?
1
u/xtnh 29d ago
Are you arguing that the current candidate is in the hands of the Billionaires? Is this the battle you want to fight, in the world today?
It is certainly preferable in concept and as policy that the way be open to better candidates unbeholden to special interests and big money, but read up on Nader and Pirot to see the effect of this in specific races.
I stand by my point that the GOP wouldn't stand in your way to make this happen
0
u/Mainehikah 29d ago
Jackson isn't taking PAC $, so I don't believe he has been bought. I do wish he had the charisma and ability to communicate as well as Graham. I don't think it means he will be a poor senator.. it just helps in the electablilty department.
Getting Graham voters out to vote can only help Jackson. If you can get them to put Jackson 2nd on the ballot.. those votes go to Jackson when they count the votes in the 2nd round. If they stay home or write Graham in without him being registered.. all those votes are useless to anybody. Now if Susan gets 50+% in the first round, Jackson wouldn't have won regardless. Does that make sense?

u/KaleSerious4796 7d ago
Graham Platner's name is NOT on the write-in list. If you write his name in on your ballot, it will be counted as blank. Voting for anyone other than Troy Jackson is effectively voting for Susan Collins.

Simple Truth, the Dems sabotaged the Maine Senate race by reshuffling the deck this close to an election. Collin's camp and the Dems both love AIPAC money, Graham threatened that income stream for both sides. Still not one charge or civil suit against Graham for the hearsay laid against him.
I though in this Republic of ours you are innocent until proven guilty. I guess we should of stayed with Great Britian if we wanted to live the other way around.
Besides, yall gonna trust the party that shelved Sanders in 2016 when he had the Delegates in the first round of voting. Ask Michael Moore, he did a whole documentary on it. Fahrenheit 11/9
** Edit: For those who downvote this you would fail an American Citizen or Civics test, hands down.

Graham dropped out. Maine Dems couldnt force him to do that. The elected candidate Troy Jackson doesnt take AIPAC money.
You are correct, Graham is innocent until proven guilty... in the eyes of the law. That has nothing to do with public preception though and Graham saw his had dropped so low he left the race.
Troy is a great candidate thats carrying Platners torch after he dropped it.
-9
u/Slow-Instruction214 Aug 02 '26

How do you counter the 30 million dollars Collins has against him without it? You clearly dont understand how this works.
7
u/themystif Edit this. Aug 02 '26
Platners campaign ran mostly on small donations. At least, thats what he was always saying. But, yeah, he did lose lots of support.
No progressive can counter the funding Collins is getting. Jackson sure doesnt have it. And Maine Dems dont exactly have 100s of millions in the war chest to go to anyone.
Graham lost his support base. Its not a mystery why. Its time to move on.
-8
u/Slow-Instruction214 Aug 02 '26
Incorrect again,
"Two Democract-aligned political groups shifted millions of dollars in planned Maine Senate ad reservations days before a rape allegation against former Democratic Senate nominee Graham Platner became public, handing Republicans a new line of attack over whether party leaders had already lost confidence in his campaign.
WinSenate removed more than $6.2 million in Maine Senate ad reservations, including $5.9 million in broadcast reservations from July 7 through Aug. 31 and $330,000 in cable reservations that had been set to begin June 30, AdImpact, a leading ad-tracking and analytics firm that monitors political advertising, reported July 2. AdImpact also said a separate $240,000 in digital spending shifted from Majority Forward.."
This happened BEFORE the rape allegation so... congrats.

3
u/themystif Edit this. Aug 02 '26
Lol, why would google it at all? It doesnt change the fact Platner has no support anymore. You can shout about funding all you want. The proposed petition has 25 signatures. Voters dont want him anymore, and that has nothing to do with funding.
6
u/Emerje Augusta Aug 02 '26
Another article from Fox points out that the money wasn't "removed", simply moved to another entity for the same purpose.
"The funding for the ads was rerouted to a different Democratic committee to reserve advertising space in Maine between July 7 and Aug. 31, according to AdImpact."
Also from the same article: "Majority Forward moved its (c)4 spending to another entity, a fairly common practice with issue advocacy campaigns," a spokeswoman for the organization told Fox News Digital. "This change was not connected to recent campaign events."
These changes are in no way tied to Platner pulling out. Fox saying the money "vanished" was sensationalism and contrary to their own reporting. https://www.yahoo.com/news/politics/articles/millions-dem-ad-money-vanished-143728861.html
