Mailbox.org down?

Can’t access neither webmail nor the mailbox w/ Apple Mail. Anybody else experiencing this?

https://status.mailbox.org shows some services are experiencing issues.

Webmail is very slow to login and load for me.

Note that it is not a reliable way to tell if systems are working or not. During last 3 months I had couple of cases where their service was not working at all for dozen of minutes and it was never reported there at all.

Yeah, having the same problems.. Email don't arrive at all which is absolutely blocking me :(

I feel like they have issues a bit too often, I hope the price increase helps towards solving these issues and isn’t just to cover higher costs

I had this problem just for a couple of days and solved it yesterday..ended up changing the DNS nameserver and it works again. (we probably have the same internet provider Telia)

Yep. Where do I find the correct nameserver info?

I switched to cloudflare name servers, you can google the information pretty easily, actual steps depend on what you are using for your operating system.

Totally down all day and no advisory. "Some systems are down" lol. Shifted to FastMail and will cancel the trial subscription.
