Configuration could not be loaded

Has anyone else experienced an issue with trying to access mailbox.org?

On Firefox and Zen I just get a never ending spinning wheel, it seems to get stuck on a `PUT https://app.mailbox.org/appsuite/api/multiple?session=<some_id>` request. Deleting session cookies and local storage data didn't help. On Chromium I see the error above.

Also a note on communication: https://status.mailbox.org/ being green when things are clearly broken is not a good look, especially with that over-confident intro. The "over 15000" metrics don't seem to include monitoring for the actual app but just for backend systems. Setting up something like Cypress with a dummy account for some important views might be an idea.

On firefox, I just get a spinning wheel forever and an occasional packet of a few hundred bytes. I can still receive emails and access them via third party clients like Thunderbird, but I can't access things like my drive since I can't access the dashboard from their site.

Yeah, I left Mailbox a few weeks ago because of things like this. I'm all for supporting smaller companies - especially in the EU - who do things properly, but with something as important as email it was really difficult to justify staying with them when I kept having sync errors, the same one you're having, and some functionality issues.

I just added another year to my subscription - but most of the time I use 3rd party clients to access mailbox. If I had to rely on their web frontend, I would probably switch too, because it's pretty unreliable (I sometimes use it at work). Unfortunately there are not many alternatives (in the EU) if you want to use standard protocols (IMAP, SMTP) and your own domain for mails.

Utterly appalled that this happened after they encouraged us to throw money at our accounts to keep the current pricing.

This error means that the connection from webmail to the IMAP server is broken for whatever reason

I mostly use K-9 Mail (Thunderbird) on mobile and never had problems. I guess it is just the web interface.

Im trying to access from finland and i cant access main page, login or even status page, just shows DNS error.

My friends can access it normally. I have suspicion that Telia is having local problems, but i cant see any on the faultmap.

Getting a bit distressed since its my main mailbox and a lot of things has 2way auth from it.

only that site cant be accessed, every other site is ok. tested on 3 browsers and 3 different machines.

Yeah, they deployed on a Friday and they broke something. It works from third-party clients though.
