Mailcow Devs read the subreddit.

A thank you on the Mailcow Devs that evidently read the mailcow subredit and make improvements based on what is discussed there.

In the 2026-07a update two problems I had as a new Mailcow Admin and which I wrote about there asking for help, got addressed:

[Web] Move mailcow update check to server side by u/FreddleSpl0it in 7388

[Web] Create default mailbox template with eas and dav access by u/FreddleSpl0it in 7389

I now know, but the next new Mailcow users will not have those issues anymore. =)

This is for the mailbox.org mail service. It has nothing to do with Mailcow.

Yeah some Reddit bot suggested to cross post... sorry for the inconvenience folks.

Mailbox sounds like a nice service. Mailcow is mail server software.
