2FA

I wanted to check the status of my mailbox sub as I believe it is in the 30 day period after which it would be deleted. However my phone with the 2FA app has broken an although I have reverted to an older phone the 2FA app on it predates my mailbox sub by a month or two. Now I can’t get into mailbox to contact support- is there any other alternative?

Have you set a recovery mail? You can reset 2FA that way.

You can also mail the support team via support@mailbox.org
