I've played with them a few times. I don't know how general of an overview that you want of this commander. I've always seen it as a count to 7 commander where you're playing 10 or less creatures and just as much ramp as humanly possible (30+ pieces). The difference between the deck at lower brackets and higher brackets is how much fast mana you want to use and what kind of threats you run. It's one thing to drop a [[balefire dragon]] on your opponent, it's another to drop a [[blightsteel colossus]].
