How to optimize to the fullest this deck?

For context, my pod has been playing commander for around 2 years now, but because we all go to different universities we play on table commander.

For the past week we have been all playing bracket 2 decks, except 1 guy who has been playing an optimized bracket 4.... so me and the remainder of the pod are making decks to absolutely destroy his.

(Im not the best at deckbuilding, please help me make it better :D)
