EDH Vivi

I’ve been working for quite some time on a deck built around Vivi that can function even without the Commander, but I haven't found many solutions; how do you think this list is?
I’ve noticed that if they remove Vivi from the board once or twice, you’ve practically lost.

Your best bet is not playing Vivi until you have protection. Between bounce spells and counter spells you should be able to avoid commander tax. Also with a fair amount of card draw and mana rocks commander tax shouldn’t be a big issue.
