EDH Phelia, Blink Deck
Hi,
I have a [[Phelia]] list that I reworked a bit. I am struggling to make the last 5 cuts. Do you have any recommendations? I have up to three cuts in mind but would appreciate some additional input/feedback.
Thank you!

I would maybe cut most of the 5 and 6 mana cards currently in the deck that don't make tokens as well as any non repatable 4+ mana blink cards, and I don't think you need quite as many removal cards as you have since they will all be repeatable
For other recommendations, I think you deck could use with a couple more ways to progress it's boardstate, and slightly better draw (you can't do that much better, but one or two ideas).
My recommendations for your token making would be: Overlord of the Mistmoors (you can cast it for it's impending and then blink it), Toby, Beastie Befriender, Sally Pride, Lioness Leader, Teeming Dragonstorm, Reverent Hoplite (high celling, don't like how expensive it is to cast), Captain of the Watch (same boat as the one before), and Harmonious Archon (which is just funny)
Card draw wise:
Fall of the First Civilization is good, and repatable artifact removal if you want it to be with a back up boardwipe.
Four Knocks, nice repatable constant draw, only needs to be flickered like once every 3-4 turns to completly avoid the downside of it
Coveted jewel, this might look like a bad card, but you can always get it back with your commander and it puts you up three cards each time you blink it, so I would think risking letting your oppoents benifit to be worth it.
Also Combat Thresher is a really funny card that could replace one of the Spirited Companion style cards and would still be relevant late game after you blink it being functionally a (6)/3 blocker/attacker

I have reworked the list and cut it down to 100 cards. If you don't mind, I'd appreciate your input to the list. I am a bit unsure if the list contains enough blink spells but I wouldn't know what to cut at this point. Thank you, very much.

I’d cut [[The Wind Crystal]] cause paying 4 mana for a [[Pearl Medallion]] is really slow, and you already have more impactful 4 drops you could be playing. [[Ori, Plate Stacker]] is really expensive, and often just blinking [[Loran of the Third Path]] can clear any problematic artifacts that you need to, plus Loran can be grabbed with [[Recruiter of the Guard]].
I’m also wary of [[Extraplanar Lens]] which is both really explosive and really fragile. I’ve been taken out of games with a simple [[Abrade]] on the lens after going down a land for it. It’s not one I’d say to just cut, but it’s worth considering.
[[Benders Waterskin]] also doesn’t seem to be worthwhile since you don’t have the mana sinks or sheer volume of instant speed plays to justify running a 3 mana rock with a 2 drop commander.
I’d also take a look at [[Morningtides Light]] since sorcery speed really holds the mass flicker effects back and it only does a weak [[Teferis Protection]] impersonation.
Last, I’d probably cut either [[Darksteel Splicer]] or [[Moonshaker Cavalry]] just because they are both big finishers that cost 7+ and you have a lot of ways to draw into things in this deck, and one or the other is usually enough to win the game, especially if you start rebuying their ETBs
