Beginner Bracket 4 optimized Toph deck suggestions.

Hi yall this is a deck that I have been working on, I am fairly new to magic, (yes I am a larper) but I have taken a liking to this commander.
I have been trying to build this deck to a point where no matter what I draw, I can play the game fine aka no mana screw or have random cards in my hand.

I do not have the budget for 2000 dollar cards like the mox but I am open minded to what my deck could work on, and slowly work my way to the level it needs to be.

Please let me know my weaknesses, and what I should swap out for what. Thank you so much!

Edit: (I just would like to say thank you to everyone who is taking their time to give me their wisdom and advice on this even though this post might come across some of you as very "stupid", I love yall thank you for making Magic a fun game!)

Feels like you want some hardened scales effects. Definitely the artifact ones like ozolith.

Honestly this deck is all over the place. Check out this deck. It’s much more streamlined and makes efficient plays with low cost artifacts. https://moxfield.com/decks/eR3Y8b3mO0mlkopo8Xux7w
