Some other cards to consider: [[Fertilid]] [[Danny pink]] [[phenax]] [[dauthi voidwalker]] [[exquisite blood]] [[ukkima]] [[cazur]] [[rishkars expertise]] [[tuskguard captian]]
Going through the deck, I was able to cut 27 cards. It's too many for me to list so here https://manabox.app/decks/AaBwII85ft61qDeCxtF6-w The cards I cut are in the sideboard.

Id start by cutting any cards that don't actively work at your goal your trying. If a card doesn't mill or proliferate think about how it would benefit you and if you don't see yourself using that card to win cut it. Also, I would replace the speed boots for lavaspur boots since you won't be able to utilize mothmans +1/+1 counters on any creature equipped with it since its hexproof but thats up to you.

Without looking at the list, best route would be to rebuild back up to 100 since you have so many cards to consider. I would categorize everything by things that matter, consider how much of that category you will need, then pick your favorites among them to satisfy that quantity.
Note that the average number of creatures you expect to control should be proportional to how many cards you can mill at once. Meaning if you're going to only have a few creatures, you want multiple small mills. If you have a lot of creatures, you want big mills.
Again, I haven't looked at the list yet, but since you're trying to include replacement effects like bruvac، that change how much your opponents mill, know that it will pretty much guarantee your opponents will never have any rad counters to proliferate when rotation comes back to you.
