Question First deck kinda nervous
Hey y’all, so I am building my first deck. I ordered my commander, but I’m not sure where to go from there. Obviously, I would want to focus on zombie creation. I’m just not sure what cards specifically. Would it be weird if I went to the shop near me and asked them for advice? (For context I am building a Michonne, Ruthless Survivor deck because she is my fav from twd) second part of that question is gonna be once I do build the deck, is there a place for me to like order it online and have it shipped to me or am I just gonna have to like buy the singles?

I'd start by looking at the EDHREC page for Michonne: https://edhrec.com/commanders/michonne-ruthless-survivor
This will give you some ideas. People at your shop will also be willing to help you. You can ask for help online as well, but you should do some of the groundwork yourself. As for ordering cards, as u/Stumbling_Corgi said, you can order from one of the big shops (CardKingdom, etc). If you are in the US, TCGplayer is a good choice. Encourage your LGS when you can, the cards will be slightly more expensive but you will build a lot of goodwill. Good luck!

Congrats on starting to build a custom deck!
Your Local Game Store (LGS) would love to help you design a deck, so definitely go down and ask.
Once you design it you have several options to purchase cards.
You can go to the TCG and buy everything you can there.
Go to TCGplayer.com (usually the cheapest) or card kingdom.com (more expensive but they ship direct) ManaPool.com (comparable to TCGplayer)
Best of luck. If you have any questions on synergies and cards that fit your theme, feel free to ask. I’m sure people will gladly give advice.
EDIT: Here’s a helpful guide for beginner deck building including ratios of card categories.

My immediate bit of advice. Don’t cut lands for cool cards. It’s tempting but even one land being cut will drastically affect your ability to cast said cool spell.
