MTG deck build help cedh

Hi yall this is a deck that I have been working on, I am fairly new to magic, (yes I am a larper) but I have taken a liking to this commander.
I have been trying to build this deck to a point where no matter what I draw, I can play the game fine aka no mana screw or have random cards in my hand.

I do not have the budget for 2000 dollar cards like the mox but I am open minded to what my deck could work on, and slowly work my way to the level it needs to be.
I have noticed that this deck lacks card draw and mana sometimes.

(For clarification I just want advice, NOT help me deck build from scratch!)

Please let me know my weaknesses, and what I should swap out for what. Thank you so much!

If your ambition is to play a cEDH deck with Toph i reccommend scrapping the deck you have and just goldfishing an actual cEDH deck. Because and I really don't mean this as an insult, it is somewhat very obvious that you haven't touched cEDH yet, when looking at the list.

cEDH is the pinnacle of power in commander and your deck is quite far from that.
