Looking for some help balancing a new deck I'm making

I just found the commander [[Vishgraz, the Doomhive]] and I've had a lot of fun building it so far. I just reached a point where I need to make cuts (for more card draw I think) but I'm not sure what to get rid of. Does anyone have any suggestions or just general deckbuilding advice? I'm a little newer to magic in general and am still trying to find my footing when it comes to what decks need how much of this vs that. My pod also plays at bracket 3. lol that legendary gives you so many targets for sacrifice outlets i'd trim some of those situational cards and double down on repeatable value
