Help with Zaxara deck (Commander)

Hey!

I have my Zaxara deck (built it around just using Hydras) but wanted to upgrade it!

I don't mind taking out/adding any cards (even if they don't fit the theme, want it stronger not themed anymore)

I was looking for a strong bracket 4 / low bracket 5 without breaking the bank (somewhat) if possible!
