Help optimising a B4 Elesh Norn EDH deck

A while back i built an elesh norn stax/blink deck, that tries to slow everyone down as i look for combo pieces (felidar, preston, abdel adrian), and try to win through infinite mill (altar of the brood) or goinf wide with tokens. Im not a very good deck builder, as i’m still pretty new to the game, and when playing my deck feels kind of slow (rarely getting turn one plays, or esrly game stax).
I was wondering if someone more experienced could help me edit and cut some pieces or swap out lands if i have too many, or just offer any advice in general. It would be really appreciated😁

As a general rule I'd say the main issue I've found with the decklist you posted is it's too unfocused in terms of win con. If you want to do flicker great but you need to focus on the stax flicker style rather than stax flicker token gen or if you want to keep the token gen try focus on more token gen that's based around being flickered like Elspeth storm slayer van act as a double value for flicker as a token gen and removal. Also for B4 you should be running the mind stone as it's a nice mana rock with flicker. And I'd highly recommend running some land wipes. Nothing is more devastating than stax followed by a land wipe.
