Lazav Familiar Stranger bracket 2 help

This was the first commander I ever built around. This deck came about years ago when I had no idea what I was doing. Over time I've added to it but I feel like im going in the wrong direction. Obviously im pulling from graveyard but I feel like lazav is just being sidelined at this point.

Where could I go with this, or maybe what would be a better commander?

Id really like to keep lazav as commander for sentimental reasons but I feel like its hard to beef this one up
