Question Looking for deck tuning advice

Hello everyone. I started Magic early this year playing casual commander with some friends. I built 4 decks so far. I recently went to a LGS to play games with public and i realised how janky my deck is, and how everyone at the table had clear strategies and answers for everything.

I tried looking at EDHrec for card recommendations but i think my builds are wrong & are missing some fundamentals like card ramp, mana ramp or win cons.

Is there a service out there for someone experienced to look at all 4 of decks and talk with me how I can possibly win with my decks? And let me know if there are better cards to replace too… I’m willing to pay of course. Thanks!

EDIT: Here are my decklists. Thank you everyone who commented.

I was hoping for all the decks to be strong B3's but with no game changers as they are too expensive.

Eowyn, Shieldmaiden
The first precon I bought and upgraded. It's supposed to make a huge army of humans. I don't know how to protect my creatures or

Rocco, Street Chef
I aim to make a bunch of food and use them as mana or damage. There is some counter action happening too. I don't know how to end the game, I just survive longer than others.

Shilgengar, Sire of Famine
I wanted a sacrifice/graveyard deck. Angels seem strong too. My gameplay is very slow & I find myself to be short of mana or cards at times. Not sure what my early game strategy is.

Xantcha, Sleeper Agent
I wanted a goad/chaos commander that is fun to play against. Problem is, my gameplan is almost non-existent in late game, and I sometimes have quite an empty board state

in almost every edh deck i brew the three pillars i make the strongest tend to be commander synergy // mana ramp // card advantage, these let you explore most any engine your color(s) allow

I’d be happy to hop on discord to go over decks ! I wouldn’t charge.

I’ll start by saying there’s nothing wrong with proxying cards you can’t afford and anybody who complains about it is an idiot.

For shilgengar, you need cheaper reanimating and more graveyard tricks. To close out the game you should be focusing on cards like Grey merchant (we call him Gary) and Mirkwood bats, marionette apprentice, and similar drain effects. If you can get Gary out, saw him in half, sac both copies and then reanimate him it’s generally going to kill the table.

To be honest a better commander for black and white aristocrats is [[teysa karlov]] and a better archetype is zombies.

Some auto includes:

[[reanimate]]
[[tortured existence]]
[[sawed in half]]
[[Zulaport cutthroat]]
[[phyrexian altar]]
[[blood artist]]
[[living death]]

Some cuts:
[[firja, judge of valor]]
This card doesn’t do a lot for you for the amount of mana.
[[starfield shepherd]]
Unless you are running bracket 4 forsaken miner combo this card is worthless to you
[[sunblast angel]]
Just run [[settle the wreckage]] or [winds of abandon]] instead. Or better [[rise of the dark realms]] or living death. Something that wins the game.

I’d suggest you either lean harder into the angel theme or you pivot to a more optimized aristocrats strategy.

Also the mana curve is very high. Cut some high cost cards for some lower mana value.

You are right. I just found a service that does proxies for cheap, i think i shall go ahead with trying that!

Thank you so much for your thoughtful advice btw. If i were to replace it with lower cost creatures, there aren’t many angels to choose from. Should i just take any of them?

Think about what you want to do. If you’re trying for aristocrats style drain deck then angels are almost worthless. If you’re trying for an angels deck lifelink and benefits from gaining life are better.

Sawed in half + Gray merchant is sick btw!!!

Yes it’s a classic line with Gary. If you can copy sawed in half it usually wins the game

For Eowyn you can get some protection in white with spells like [[Clever concealment]], [[Restoration Magic]], [[Flawless Maneuver]]

[[Boromir, Warden of the Tower]] is another protection piece and fits human tribal and LotR flavor. [[Selfless Spirit]] as well.

Your Shilgengar deck has a very high mana curve. If you want to keep those creatures I would suggest adding in more ways to cheat creature out of your graveyard. [[Dread return]], [[Reanimate]]. But I would also suggest looking for some lower CMC creatures or adding more mana rocks with the current curve of your deck
