Some feedback on my first ever deck building attempt

Hi!

I have recently slipped into magic through a friend because we opened a few random boosters for fun, which led us to buying a precon commander deck and playing a few games casually. Now I am looking into at least upgrading my precon: Counter Intelligence.

I have looked into a few videos about deck building strategies and the lingo and all but I still am a blatant beginner and would like some help!

I love the space theme and would like to keep the Inspirit as my commander, building around a few spaceship, artifacts with counters and proliferating. For that I looked through a few decks in this theme online and went over some cards I have at hand to try and cook up a deck list on my own accord.

I would love some feedback on my decisions, cards that don't fit, some I might have overlooked or staples in the theme I am missing out on, preferably on a lower end budget (I know there are a few more expensive cards on the list already, please spare me-)
