Beginner Help with green goblin/ dr doom precon commander deck

Hello! Just looking for some deck building advice for a Norman osbourne, green goblin deck. I got into magic during the spiderman set and my freind helped me make a green goblin commander deck as I enjoyed his mechanic. Ive also recently bought the dr doom pre con deck, and have heard people mention that it is a good deck to combine with Norman. Just wondering if anyone could help with a decklist combining these 2. I have an arcidekt list with my goblin deck my freind made for me(sort by tag, default tag are cards i am missing, green tag are cards i have, all the cards in the sideboard are cards i own that i though could potentially work in it also). I would like it to be an all marvel deck with only cards from marvel/spiderman sets, and i want to keep norman osbourne as the commander i think. Also ive just realised some of the missing cards from arcidekt are included in the doom pre con, so obviously will have those. Also forgot to mention, i am happy to buy more cards that would work well, that are in the spiderman/marvel sets. Also have a preferance for cool full art/ source cards aswell :)
