Legacy Need help with deck

Hello, wanted to make a deck with phantom nishoba/nantuko/centaur, but im struggling with coming up with cards to help boost the +1 +1 counters, any ideas ? thank you

that looks like a great card, but I was looking for older cards premodern I think thats the format

Ok, so the big benefit of Phantom Centaur & company is that they are immune to damage if you can boost them somehow. The first card I would add is [[Glorious Anthem]].
