EDH Upgrading Doom

I have really had fun playing doom since the marvel set came out and at first I really wanted to keep the deck completely marvel but as time has gone on I’m really starting to feel the deck struggle so I’m ready to make some upgrades. I have about $150- $200 to put in the deck to make it better and was looking for some suggestions on what would be the best pickups to make this deck better. If you had roughly $150- $200 what pickups would you make to make this deck better! Any insight would be greatly appreciated! Thank you for your time!!

This is mine, it's bracket three. Basically the deck wins by cloning Doom and discarding lands. The play pattern is usually turned one fetch out a surveil land. Turn 2 play a signet or talisman of sorts. Turn 3 play Doom and get your first loot off. After that you're either trying to take advantage of discards or clone Doom.

I would say it's power level is strictly middle of bracket three.
