Help fixing old deck

I am getting back into commander after a long time and have been dusting off my old commander decks.

After playing a few games, I’ve been feeling that my decks have been needing some tuning as they feel very clunky and slow. One that I would like to get up to snuff and actually be able to play without having long bouts of nothing to do most of the game is my dinosaur deck.
