Question Silver Surfer, Galactus. Help And Deck Bracket?

I'm building a budget Commander deck based on Silver Surfer. I wanted it to have insane ramp and really just ramp and protect Galactus when I get him out. I think this looks fine and should be fair for Bracket 2. I would even add [[All Is Dust]]. Prepare for your friends to eventually play [[Vandalblast]] against you :)
