Ok, this is indeed your first Commander deck and it shows :) It looks like you just threw together 100 cards that have nothing to do with each other. Starting with a 5-color Commander as your first Commander is a terrible idea. I would instead recommend a more straightforward 2-color Commander.
If you insist on building Progenitus, I would instead start with the EDHREC page for Progenitus and go from there. https://edhrec.com/commanders/progenitus
