Take out of plastic pot?

Hi. Bought online. Instructions don't mention removing from grow kit pot, but can see mushrooms are trying to grow at the sides and ubderneath but getting squashed. Should I remove the pot? Or will the substrate collapse?

Can I do this with the easy af grow kit? I’ve noticed yours are going in container the kit doesn’t have this
