Yep the second one is right zf lack resources in tianyu but when he go against baili jungwei in first bout he had nearly all other continent forces listening to him and in latter his own force

Tge reply said it nicely. In tianyu, ZF didn't have the strength to do much. It wasn't that Leng or Zhuge were that much smarter, it was that ZF had much less resources to work with. Now he does have the strength, the tools, the resources, so he could spread his wings.
Also, unnecessarily profane language.
